"This is the third time we have stayed here. We were in love after our first visit. It’s nice to see Skowhegan have a nice new place to stay. We love that they turned an old mill building into a hotel. The rooms are great, plenty of room for my small family of 3. The rooms are bigger than a standard hotel room. Prices have been great also. My only complaint is the TV’s. 2 out of the 3 stays we’ve had trouble with the tv’s they function fine, but they always freeze, we think it could be the wi-fi...

"The king room was huge, had a separated living room, desk & bar area. Had a TV in the bathroom for the jacuzzi tub, bathrobes in the closet, bed was very comfortable. We would have used the fireplace but we were there in June. Easy to find and a Target and a few food places in walking distance. We ordered from the restaurant for dinner and it was delicious. And reasonably priced."

"When we arrived to our room there was human waste in the toilet still. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower. During the middle of the night the smoke detector went off and we walked it to the front desk and they didn’t even apologize. They just took it and didn't replace it until the next day. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they never did after 5 days. Terrible place. We won’t ever stay here again!"
