The entire ground floor of the renovated late 19th century stone villa is arranged as a 3 Bedroom Duplex apartment with a large terrace that has a high quality Jacuzzi (Hot Tub).

One part of the Duplex contains 1 Bedroom with Ensuite bathroom - with a separate entrance that connects directly to the terrace. The other part of the Duplex contains 2 Bedrooms, another Bathroom , the main living room and the kitchen. In total there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Basically you will get the entire principal floor of the villa (i.e. piano nobile/ bel étage).

We are located in the very center of Sibenik - the main square and the entrance to the Old Town is less than 3 minutes walk from the house. All the essential sights and the main beach are within short walking distances (3 to 10 min.). Despite its central location the property is very peaceful, private and somewhat secluded - so you will have the outmost privacy during your stay.

Guests have exclusive and private access to a large terrace and Hot Tub /Jacuzzi. The terrace has outdoor tables, chairs, large umbrellas and a lounge chair.

Included in the price is one private parking space at a secure location around the corner from the apartment (3 min. walk). If you arrive with more than one car we will advise you on the options in regards to more parking spaces - there is an underground parking garage opposite the apartment, as well as sidewalk parking.
