"We have stayed in holiday rentals all over the world, and this was the best-run one ever. There was a delicious homemade cake waiting for us, and that set the tone. The thatched cottage (once lived in by Graham Greene) is utterly charming and immaculate, and beautifully modernized (though tall people will have to duck through a couple of doorways). "Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed.
