"From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel as though we didn’t belong. When we pulled up to check in, a valet attendant told us we couldn’t park in the front because they were expecting a "large group." We were forced to park near the exit—a bizarre way to treat paying hotel guests.
Things only got worse when we went to grab a luggage cart. An attendant asked us if we were actually staying there. Why else would someone need a luggage cart? As we headed to our room, we were stopped again...

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabins in the park. The cabin was updated, clean and comfortable.
Loved the trails and rode our bikes quite a bit. Took advantage of the guided hike (more like a stroll) but learned a lot and enjoyed it. The restaurant in the park is also good and convenient. Would book again."

"The property was easy to get to and instructions were detailed. Close access to the beach. Older property but clean and comfortable. Our particular condo had beach chairs which were awesome to use to lounge on the beach in the afternoon. All in all we had a nice vacation."

"Maintenance gets a 10/10 on the spot! he was there at the elevators to help us , at the time of arrival there was no one on site , but we did check in online(Megan was very helpful she gave us the code to get in the room ) i was never contacted by the owners for a new code , as we used the master code all weekend --- there is a 25 dollar parking fee for the stay we stay 3 days, we were not aware of it was not listed on the booking - but no problem we paid and still enjoyed! the condo its self...

"The room was clean. A few repair issues needed like with kitchen cabinet doors loose or coming unscrewed and loose knobs as well. Room was too cold and could not figure out to turn off auto program. Brought the thermostat up to 75 but the thermostat programmed to come down to 72 so A/C was always running."
