"good hotel for families. Helpful staff, good clean rooms, good breakfast, convenient location. Only downside is inhouse restaurant is not capable to take the evening rush. Delayed orders. However, swiggy is allowed in the hotel."

"The hotel is newly built and modern, nice design inside and outside. Everything very good, including the location. Could be perfect if not a couple of mice playing in reception area... but I believe they're nit there for long."

"The window was not closing, resulting in loss of energy from the air condition.The WIFI was consistently poor and I had to make multiple requests to restart the router and get it fixed.Often the staff gave cheeky stories, I was told wifi is slow because there was law and order issue in another part of Nagpur, however the 4g was working fine at the same. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. "

"Very helpful staff. But property is in a congested alley. Rooms are small and very basic. Don't book on Expedia, they are charging a huge commission. Book with the hotel directly instead for good deals."

"The service was good initially. I booked JK Koradi by mistake and called to shift it to JK Nagpur. They were accommodating in that and told me that an additional 1000 per room would be charged as a cost difference between the two hotels. As long as the owner or his daughter was present. They seem to be efficient. Else, it's very poor. We booked two rooms. Both rooms didn't have remotes for TV and AC. I had to request towels as none were present. One room was spacious and the other was slightly...
