"The hotel is loveingly managed by a dedicated Mother and Son. The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. Check-in was quick and seamless. The food is exquisit it was soo good that we elected to have dinner at the Haveli all three nights we were in Jaipur. The roof top is lovely with a great view of the fort. "Très jolie chambre, propre, grande et au calme de la ville. L’hôtel est situé dans une petite rue à l’arrière de grosses commerçantes. Avantage: c’est calme, et pourtant le quartier vivant est à 1 min à pied. inconvénient : impossible pour notre chauffeur de rentrer dans une si petite rue. Nous avons donc dû finir à pied sur 2 rues. "

The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to assist. Its location is central, making it perfect for exploring the city, although it is tucked away in a small alley – there are a few signs, but they are not very easy to spot. Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for quality at a competitive price."

"Padmaa is a very lovely hotel. The staff are very nice, Monika the manager is extremely professional and helpful, and the hotel itself is lovely. A charming haveli which has been sensitively restored, it is in one of the bazaars of the old city, so close to everything, but also not noisy at night. "Had a great stay at this beautiful palace. Staff were excellent and really helped us get our lost luggage back. The manager could not have helped more. It is also in a great location but some TIL Tula do not know where it is so just get another one. Recommend Hussain as you driver. I was expecting a delivery but was out with him and he arranged to get it sent to where we were. He knows everything and everyone. Trust him. "
