The space
Welcome to our charming ground-floor apartment, accessible via a few steps to the rear entrance. Enter into a spacious living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Sink into our cozy sofa, which effortlessly transforms into a double bed. Enjoy the SMART TV with popular streaming channels and Freeview.

Our well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, while the dining area comfortably seats four. Patio doors open to a delightful decked area, providing a serene spot for an early morning coffee or a relaxing afternoon glass of wine.

The bedroom, situated at the rear of the apartment, offers a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. The bathroom boasts a full-size bath with a shower over it.

We are located within a 7-minute walk from Asda and Home Bargains, both conveniently open until late.

Free on-street parking is available at the rear of the apartment, ensuring convenience during your stay. It is ideal for couples, friends, or families eager to explore our fantastic town or for those seeking a home away from home while working away.

The whole of the apartment is for guest's use.

Our sofa pulls out to make a double sofa bed. If you have booked for two and want to use the sofa bed, please let us know so we can supply linen. There will be a charge of £15 for extra linen.

We keep a travel cot in the bedroom wardrobe for your use.

We do have a washing machine avaliable during your stay. If you would like to use it, please make us aware at the time of your booking.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
