"Everything was wonderful"

"One of the best and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Also, I left my laptop in the entrance lobby during arrival, and they kept it safe despite me realizing it is missing the next day. It is a great stay and will definitely be back."

"I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. "

"Hotel was clean and in central location. Limited amenities like tissues, shampoo/conditioner, no ice makers, and needing to ask front desk for blow dryer. It’s more of an extended stay hotel, however, certain amenities are still expected as a hotel. Walls were thin and you could smell food being cooked from other rooms which wasn’t ideal, however, price was right and it as a great place for a night."

"This hotel would’ve been awesome back in the day! It has a very old world European feel with all the opulent dark wood work. We stayed in a suite which was very large with two bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. The breakfast was ok and the condition of the property was dated and worn. They are in the process of renovating the first floor. Once the hotel is fully renovated, it will be a great place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well. "Power went out while I was waiting to check in. Not the properties' fault as there was a severe thunderstorm happening. The room was OK until I went to bed. The pillows and bedspread smelled by bad body odor. Very glad I brought my own pillow."
