"Staff we dealt with (Amanda and Darcy) were both very friendly and extremely helpful; Bed in both rooms were terrible ... they both had a big hump in the middle, my partner has a bad back, bed was very uncomfortable and certainly did not help his back; We had to place a chair behind the door in both rooms as the door knobs were so loose we did not feel safe; The shower doors were almost falling off; We stayed one night (6/8/26) and had pre-booked a further 2 nights (9/8/26 and 10/8/26) ... "Paper thin walls meant there was lots of noise all through the night. Amenities are very old & in need of repair. Toilet ran for 5 minutes every time it was flushed and sink taps left a black residue all over the sink everytime they were used."

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price...
