Viatges a Shkrel

Amazing experience. Location is in the heart of Rome, staff went above & beyond to help us book car service to the airport, etc. And the only ice maker we came across the entire time we were in Italy!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

Gens très accueillant, un gros wow. Je recommande à 100%. Décoration de bon goût, grand confort il ne manque rien!

Great location. Very small rooms. Fine for one night with family of 5. Was told I was being upgraded and once they realized I booked through Expedia and not directly with them—the upgrade vanished.

Great renovation of the facilities. Lovely room with private patio. Very well laid out and provisioned. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, anticipating needs and offering great help and suggestions. Cleaning staff and room service were exceptional - great service. You can tell when a facility is run well and the staff are happy and motivated - this was a wonderful stay in our visit to Rome. Location was great - near the Opera and great restaurants, walkable to Trevi, Pantheon, and Borghese. Thanks for a great time at your hotel!
