"The grounds were beautifully kept up. The round "reading" gazebos were wonderful. As were the hanging chairs. The lodge we stayed in was also neat and tidy. However the TV/Cable didnt want to work after 9:30pm. Also after taking a shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. It took a long time for the water to go down the drain."

"Dirty, towels didn’t look washed as they had stains all over, tv didn’t work, bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I never leave negative reviews but I Wouldn’t recommend. "

"No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests."

"Very simple breakfast and it’s to get you started for the day, nothing fancy. Staff was very helpful to us when we got there at 3;00 AM in the morning, Alex was a very big help to us and very friendly person. Will stay here again. "

"WiFi didn’t work, water pressure non existent, ceilings clearly thin as rails because it sounded like our upstairs people were doing marathons all night just walking to the bathroom, rude front desk that ignored us for 15 minute to do “shift change” and not a single number for the place seems to be connected. Phone was dead in the room too. Fine for a bed for the night but I had to go in person to ask for late checkout and was eye rolled while the woman at the counter was on a personal call on...

"The room was clean, and the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The heater worked fine. There was no airport shuttle available for me when I arrived after 9 pm and left in the morning before 5 am."

"No fridge. No microwave. Overall dumpy place. The toilet ran like crazy. It was clean enough I guess. The staff was friendly, prompt, and responsively. Shuttle service was excellent. Very convenient to the airport. I’d stay again if I had an early flight but I’d look for an alternative in the same price range. "

"I drove a long way and was very much looking forward to a hot shower upon my arrival. I was very disappointed when I got in the shower and the water was not hot, lukewarm at the most. Was the temperature of the hot water reduced to save money? I have stayed at this hotel before without any problem but after my most recent stay I will not be staying there again."
