"Excelente todo"

"I’ve stayed at the Embassy Suites a number of times. It is a very nice hotel. It’s clean and the staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. Embassy Suites at Lexington Green is located close to nice restaurants and shopping. The location makes it central to anywhere I need to travel to in Lexington. I highly recommend you take advantage of the outdoor patio, or any of the sitting areas located on each of the...

"HOTEL NUEVECITO "

" I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Lexington Elwood Hotel & Suites, which I booked through your website from January 7th to January 9th, 2025 After a long journey that began at 3:00 am, I arrived at the hotel looking forward to taking a relaxing bath in the tub. However, upon entering the bathroom, I was unpleasantly surprised to find the area around the soap dish to be in a state of poor cleanliness, with visible mold present. I reported this issue to the...

"Bonito lugar. Solo que no hicieron la limpieza en las 4 noches que estuve. "

"Extraordinario hotel con gran infraestructura y estilo, pero el estado del colchón hizo que la estadía fuera una pesadilla. Sugiero cambiar los colchones de todas las habitaciones!"

"Me gustó las instalaciones y la limpieza. No me gustó el desayuno, siempre fue lo mismo, no hay variación. "

"All good"

"Room is clean. Very dog friendly! Staff is very helpful and polite!"

"I recently stayed at your hotel as usual and wanted to share some feedback: Room Odor: Sheets in room 311 smelled like vomit. I recommend addressing this promptly. Room Temperature: The room was consistently warm. Please consider adjusting the temperature. Pool Area: Enjoyed the pool, but it could be cleaned more frequently. Front Desk Service: Some staff members were rude. Customer service could be improved. Breakfast: Eggs are always cold, watery and disappointing."

"Beautifully restored Victorian home with marvelous breakfast"

"The hotel is ideally placed to access nearby places of interest and restaurants on foot. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom/shower was very good. The room was properly maintained each day. My only issue centred around breakfast - there was fresh fruit each day and the scrambled eggs and toast that I had was fine but porridge pots to warm up and cereal in a box! -I expected more given the daily cost. Additionally the coffee could have been a better quality."
