Perfect for a family holiday with the seaside town of Sheringham on the doorstep. With its sandy beach and promenade, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained.. First Floor:

Small lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Welcome pack. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking available. No smoking.. With accommodation arranged across the first and second floors, Seasands is perfect for a family holiday with the seaside town of Sheringham on the doorstep. With its sandy beach and promenade, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. Sheringham also offers a swimming pool, cliff top golf course, National Trust Sheringham Park and is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway where trips can be taken to neighbouring villages and towns.

The town centre offers an array of shops, cafés and restaurants, and is a host to regular market days. The neighbouring seaside town of Cromer, 5 miles, also has a beach, promenade and pier. There is a good day out to be enjoyed at National Trust Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and the Muckleburgh Military Collection. Blakeney Quay is 10 miles away, and there is excellent shopping to be had at Norwich, 27 miles, with its cathedral, castle museum, theatre, two shopping centres, restaurants and cafés. Wroxham, the capital of the Norfolk Broads, is 25 miles away and offers daily boat hire and river trips, shops, riverside restaurants and cafés. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Friends big birthday get away.

We enjoyed a lovely break away staying at Seasands, all 4 of us agreed it was a spacious well equipped apartment which suited our needs. It was in a good location, close to local shops and restaurants/cafes, just a 6 minute walk to the North Norfolk Railway station and easy access to the coastal footpath. Easy driving along coast road to Wells, Holkham or Cromer. A few notes for consideration that would have made our stay perfect, extra bin bags for kitchen and facilities for recycling plus a waste bin in every bedroom. Our first nights stay was a little chilly so maybe the provision of some blankets for those occasions. Overall a great holiday home and good value for money.

Appeared clean on first look but soon realised if had not had good clean for a while behind doors and things lots of cobwebs.too many stairs not really described in read.3rd bedroom did not have mirror in reach of plug socket to do hair.important at forties weekend,and window blocked by furniture.should be advertised as child room.But it was very well stocked with cups etc and dishwasher tabs liquid etc and a welcome gift of goodies was lovely.sitting rooms were large and comfortable. We had an enjoyable time staying there.
