Welcome to Sidelines @ Grand Park just minutes from the Grand Park Sports Campus and Chatham Hills golf course. Whether you are traveling for sports or need a spot to house your friends and family, Sidelines offers a fun space to entertain and relax. Formerly a grocery store, the owners have newly renovated the commercial building into a rental unit , which makes Sidelines one of the most unique properties in the area - offering plenty of indoor space, secluded private fire pit & patio, plenty of outdoor space and parking. Amazing countryside view yet within walking distance or a short drive to restaurants and stores.

The home was very clean and the host was responsive. The game room was perfect for our mixed age family group. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was on the small side but we were able to make it work just fine. We appreciated the extra commercial size refrigerator. The location was perfect for us and close enough to Indy area to do fun outings.

Everything about our stay was incredible from beginning to end. The house was very clean and full of entertainment. This home will definitely be on our list if we need to stay around the area again! We had a great stay, the home was very clean and accommodating. The host responded quickly to any questions prior to our stay with great communication. This home has a unique layout and as described to sleep all our friends. The kitchen was well equipped for making a breakfast / meals for your friends or family. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities setting around a fire, and cooking out with plenty of supplied seating and firewood. The upstairs game room is spectacular! If you want to watch a game on the two large screens, enjoy the games, take a chance at air hockey, playing cards, or just hanging out this room is large and accommodating with its own bathroom. Great stay and if in the area again would certainly look to return if available.

Stay for Grand Park

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with a few other families and it worked out great. Close to Grand Park. Plenty of space upstairs for kids to have own space to hang out.

Basketball weekend retreat

Enjoyable place to stay with family and friends for our basketball tournament. Plenty of room for everyone. Good location and not far from food or shopping. Property owner responded to all of our needs promptly. Would definitely recommend.

75th birthday gathering

Robbie's place was perfect for our stay in freezing cold January 3-5. With grandchildren ranging in ages of 10 to 1, there was enough to keep everyone busy with all the games. It was too cold to go outside.The kitchen dining area did not have enough room to accommadate 12 people, so we had to eat in shifts. Dissappointing for the birthday dinner. I would recommend putting in a bigger dining table. Also, not enough silverware for a large group, especially the forks. And lastly, a box of tissues would have been nice.These are suggestions. Overall, everyone enjoyed our time there and would like to go there again.

NYE getaway with family

Overall, it was a great stay. There was something that appealed to everyone in our group. This was a family trip with grandparents, parents, and children. I wish grocery store had been closer.

Good place

The property worked for our group of 7 work team. We only slept there and played a few games of poker and the game room was great. We had an issue with the heating system. It could not keep up with the cold temps and it really got cold in certain rooms. Robbie was helpful and hopefully they can address it.

Wedding weekend

Robbie was the absolute best host. I will be recommending this property to anyone who asks. The space, and the amenities were top notch. If people wanted to enjoy the game room upstairs they were able to hang out while others had quiet space below in bedroom/living room area. Robbie went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend perfect

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Robbie was such an amazing host! The house was beautifully updated, clean, and lots of amenities provided. We all enjoyed the attic game room, which had something for everyone to do! We will definitely be back!

We stayed with our 3 kids over a weekend tournament in Grand Park. It was easy access to the fields (close enough to run over and back if needed ) and a great home base. We would definitely stay here again!

Robbie's house exceeded our expectations. It was a great place to stay while we were away with a group of friends and kids. The house was setup for the kids to have a great time and was a good base of operations for our events in the area.
