It's quiet and private yet close to many attractions, including Walker & Kneeland Parks with playgrounds, the Mason County Historical Society Museum, and Taylor Shellfish Farm. If you're looking for adventure, Skydive Kapowsin, Ridge Motorsports, Little Creek Casino Resort, and the Salish Cliffs Golf Club are also a short drive away.

For restaurants or groceries, the home is just 6 miles to downtown Shelton, 25 miles to Olympia, and 10 miles to Hw 101.

1- Access to the water from the property can be difficult due to a steep embankment.
2- While kayaks are provided for your enjoyment, navigating the terrain to launch them may require extra care and effort.
3- Driveway parking for 6 cars (2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway).
4- This gated property is secured with a chain lock for added privacy and security.
