"Very Clean rooms Staff nice and pleasant! Only problem was freeway sounds into my room at night! Motorbikes & big rigs, a few mussel cars general traffic. Then twice during the night, firetruck from the nearby fire station sirens blaring went past the Hotel midnight & two or three AM. Pool was great but not outside, had to go out to a patio for sunning!"

"As soon as we arrived we were greeted and checked in quickly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and cold to stave off the summer heat! Will definitely stay there again whenever we come to Sea World again."

"Everything from room service staff to the amazing lady at the bistro. Were amazing. Sergio was probably the best manager I have met so far. We like the place so much so that upon our weekly or so return we will only stay here. We would highly recommend this to all of our friends traveling to San Antonio. Thanks very much you guys."

"When we arrived we were put down on the first floor in what they called the overflow area because they were packed even though I booked a few months before hand. It was so hot in the building and when we got to the room, it was hot, smelled like mold and musky. Turn on the lights and half the lights work properly. Very old carpet and furniture. Bathroom wall had mold on it and cleaning was not very good. We had bugs crawling around as well. During the week no housekeeping other than 2 days when...

"My room is as not up to standards. Mold and water damage on the cieling and in the bathroom. It was so dirty! Pillows had stains. Do not trust the brand name here."
