"Building is old, it smells, elevator shakes, large dining area but small section for breakfast buffet making people crowd in that small area. Pool is small, and hot tub is very small 2 people only size. Walls are dirty, small shampoo bottles and a bar of soap that smells bad. This place is not a 3 star hotel its a 2 star at best ."

"1 Star – Very Disappointing Stay, Not Worth the Money I had a very disappointing experience at Hyatt Place San Antonio. The refrigerator in our room was not working, the telephone did not work, and the television had very limited channels and entertainment options. The breakfast was also disappointing. Most of the hot breakfast items were pork every day. We informed the staff that we do not eat pork and requested alternatives such as turkey or chicken, but nothing changed during our stay. The...

"The night staff when checking in was rude, other than that the two nights we stayed there the room was clean, although I will say the trash cans in the rooms could use trash bags. Breakfast was good they had a variety of food to choose from. Parking was also cool they had security on site to watch the package area. The location was fantastic it surrounds a lot of restaurants and stores."

"A little dated but very clean, breakfast was standard, drinks and dinner at night were a nice touch. Originally I was on the top floor and the AC did not keep up and was warm. As some visit to the front desk and was moved to a lower floor and was nice and cool. Overall nice property and has that "resort" feel. One guest referred to it as their "stay-cation"."

"Overall amazing hotel, beds were comfortable, amenities were good, on site Starbucks, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Has a parking garage only complaint is if you have a lifted truck the parking is limited as you can’t park in the garage. Definitely would stay again, we had a big group of 22 people with multiple rooms and everyone had the same experience."
