Clifftop Coastal Retreat is self-catering accommodation. We provide the essentials to get you started, such as a small supply of toilet rolls, kitchen basics, and toiletries. For longer stays or if you run out during your visit, you’re welcome to top up as needed. Budgens, located nearby, is a convenient local shop where you can pick up additional supplies.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit of £500 (with service fee of £10) or a non-refundable damage waiver of £30 and offers protection up to £500.
If you need a little extra time, we do provide early check-ins and late check-outs, though these are based on availability and come with a small fee of £10 per hour. If you check out after the check out time, there is a fee of £50.
