"The biggest problem with this hotel was hygiene and maintenance. To start with, check-in should be a simple problem. "Rooms could use a little updating. Pool was closed due to “health issues.” The family that also stayed there had their second room sold from underneath them and the staff on Sunday morning were not very excited about helping them at all!"

"Basically the second room I was put into after the TV had no signal was poorly cleaned, bedside table and phone had not been cleaned from previous guest. Flooring between the two beds had not been cleaned was soiled and sticky. Ventilation and return air vents were heavily dirty with dust and possibly mold. The exhaust fan in bathroom so encrusted in dirt and dust didn't work. TV in second room didn't have a signal either and even after front desk rebooted did not have a signal Water...

Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!"

"We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. The room and bathroom were very clean and ordered and temperature control was easy and unit responsive. We enjoyed breakfasts with very good variety of hot and cold foods and attentive staff. Easy on and off of I-35 with multiple stores and restaurants close-by. A good choice."
