"Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . "A perfect stay for 3 days fishing . The room was amazing / the breakfast superb and served by very pleasant helpful girls !! Also great value !! Parked 80 yards away ( no problem ) . The staff were wonderful and very helpful.
The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional!

Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too.
Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay.
Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful.
As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet."
