"The property was clean, pleasantly decorated and contained all the essentials we needed for a small family group. It was good to have a table and chairs on the decked area overlooking grassed space, where my grandson could play. "Seaview is a lovely quiet village with a couple of easy walks to a number of beaches, parks and wetland reserve. Brilliant pub on seafront and fab ice cream shop, both 2 to 3 mins walk. Accommodation was set back on a quiet street. Lovely private garden. Kitchen well stocked for home cooking. Beds comfortable. Loved all the paperbacks. No upstairs bathroom but not a problem with a family group."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again."
