We stayed in the luxury suite which was spacious, clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet even though it faces one of Stratford's main thoroughfares (great soundproofing). Plus the most quiet, comfortable air system we've ever encountered. Free parking, within walking distance to downtown's restaurants and shops (try Fellini's for Italian, Features for breakfast or lunch). "The hotel was old but very charming. Parking was extra. It had a window air conditioner but was very clean. However the shower was very small."

"This is a converted home, well over 100 years old. Limited amount of parking. The rooms are on the small size, with only one chair. Wifi is not the best and TV acted up during our stay. The staff are wonderful and we enjoyed our meal. The menu is not very large but enough selection, if possible try the flourless chocolate cake."

The room was large, but all 3 light sources were clustered near the door with only 1 of the 3, a table lamp, in the bedroom. There were 4 comfortable chairs and a small table, but with no light any where near any of them we could not read or play a card game. We never saw a human rep in the hotel or outside. "The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. In our room we found a piece of a chocolate bar just barely under the dresser and we had not brought any ourselves. When looking at the website for the hotel it shows images of a basic breakfast setup with a variety of choices available; including fruit, cereal, and what looked to be a waffle station, but upon arrival we found that we could only get tea or coffee when we liked, and the provided 'breakfast' was a package of two Dad's oatmeal...

"Good location. 8 minutes by car to downtown along a main strip. We tried to extend our stay via Expedia. That was a waste of time of time. We contact the hotel directly. That was much easier. Expedia gets 1 star!"
