"I stay at Hilton resorts and hotels all the time, and this one is rated the worst of all of them. There was no coffee when we arrived, the air and heat unit was so loud, and our handheld shower unit flew off the wall and sprayed water everywhere. "When I checked in I was greeted by Elijah who was very welcoming. As a matter of fact, all of the staff I interacted with were each very accommodating which contributed to a smooth and easy stay. I was checked in promptly - the room was clean, the a/c blasted and the suite itself had enough space to move and relax freely. Also, the gym is very well equipped and even more so than other hotels in the same tier."
