  • Ubicado en el sitio original de la ciudad de Seward de 1913. Encantador y pintoresco, tiene todo lo que desea de un alquiler de vacaciones de verano en Alaska.

    Después de un día completo de turismo, turismo, pesca, senderismo y compras, puede relajarse en nuestro entorno hogareño cómodo y totalmente equipado.

    Convenientemente ubicado en el centro de Seward, está a unos pasos de por qué vino a nuestra ciudad histórica y emocionante.

    Vistas desde el loft de arriba y desde su comedor. Salga por la puerta principal para disfrutar de una vista impresionante, literalmente a unos pasos de Resurrection Bay, camine hasta el centro de vida marina para una tarde de descubrimiento, o visite Brown y Hawkins para disfrutar de un helado casero y un fabuloso dulce de azúcar.

    Si le gusta caminar, siga la costa hacia el puerto deportivo o camine hacia Lowell Point para una tarde de kayak o intente atrapar a un rey o salmón plateado en la cercana cascada.

    Para aquellos a quienes les gusta sacar a los niños de la casa y relajarse, envíelos a la biblioteca local, al parque de patinaje o para saltar rocas en el paseo marítimo, todo a poca distancia.

    Si prefiere leer y relajarse, siéntese en la terraza trasera o siéntese en una silla cómoda y disfrute de un libro. Juegos y videos disponibles para los niños.

    Para la cena, invite a amigos y cocine la cena en nuestra barbacoa en la terraza trasera o en la cocina totalmente equipada. Tenemos lo que necesita, desde ollas, sartenes, hasta platos y utensilios, y una barbacoa de gas en la parte posterior.

    Ropa de cama fresca le espera a su llegada y no se requiere limpieza cuando se va. Simplemente no hay platos sucios, por favor.

    Esperamos que disfrute de nuestro hogar lejos del hogar, ¡es un refugio paradisíaco del que estamos orgullosos de compartir!

This is a very cute home. It has been decorated, and a lot of thought went into the oceanic theme. Our family loved this place and would come here again! The host thinks of everything and the location is perfect!

Perfect location for our traveling family to stay a few nights before boarding the cruise ship. Excellent communication. A front porch spot to store luggage for early arrival so you can explore the town before check in.

This quaint, local home was the perfect place for our family of 6! We loved the authentic charm and history, and the views from the home of the Bay are amazing! There isn't much storage, but the thoughtful touches (coffee bar, bathroom items) were great. The home is in a great location for walking downtown and to the playground and waterfront. We hope to return someday!

This was the best place to stay in Seward! Could walk to the beach and sea life center easily. Beautiful house! Love the surprise nook room! Love the view! Will check k for this house again when I go back! My favorite part is watching the sea lions and otters from the window!

Steward house

Great location! Older home with charm and a lovely view from the dining room to the bay. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants and a very short drive to the harbor. Worked well for two couples traveling together.

We loved this house! It has so much historical charm and the location can’t be beat. It’s right in the downtown, which is so cute and there is so much to see, all of it walkable. The owner was quick and responsive to all of our needs. We had a great stay in Seward and would highly recommend this rental. We are a family of 5 and fit very comfortably in this house.

My family and I loved this vintage house in Seward! It was so convenient to walk to all the major attractions in Seward (Resurrection Bay, coastal walkway, aquarium, downtown stores and restaurants/eateries, Mt. Marathon, boat harbor....) and a perfect size home for our family. We especially appreciated and enjoyed the charm and character of this authentic old home and the view of Resurrection Bay was a bonus. It was very clean and there was plenty of spaces for our family to spread out which was delightful. The renovated kitchen was extremely nice and stocked exceptionally well with dishes, appliances and baking/cooking accessories. The dining room with the LARGE dining room table was a fabulous spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal or just have a real conversation at the beginning and end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and having two bathrooms was a real luxury. In addition to the awesome house, the host, Sebastien, was a welcome complement as well. Sebastien was outstanding.... he was very accessible, quick to answer our calls, and incredibly helpful! When we notified him that the outside grill was out of propane, within a few hours he was at our door delivering us a new one! I highly recommend this quaint and charming home for your Seward get-away.

Property was perfect for what we needed. Location was excellent and within walking distance to downtown and harbor. Even though it was an older home, it was very functional and kitchen had everything we were looking for.

Wonderful stay

Great location. We enjoyed being so close to the park. Across the street a good place for breakfast or lunch and sit out on deck. The house was well supplied and full of old time charm. Kitchen up to date and lots of room if you want to cook The kids were upstairs and loved their space. We would recommend this spot to all

Late Season Family Celebration Stay

Again, Tanguy has aided us in creating great family memories and a comfortable stay. He worked with me in figuring out how to accommodate us and I truly appreciate it. Mostly everything we needed to cook and get cozy was provided, the view as always, soothing and the location unbeatable.

Fun times despite bad weather

As is the gamble with two days in Seward, you never really know what you are going to get in regard to weather so we ultimately spent several days eating out and at the house. The house is historic in feel in that it is nothing flashy but has tons of neat character. I’d stay here again.

Convenient place

This is a convenient location. No bells or whistles in this older home, but has a beautiful view of the water and is an easy walk to shops etc. we’ve suggested some updating to the owners, but if you’re looking for adequate lodging that is close to a good portion of Seward’s shops, this is a good fit.
