"La maison de Sophie est très bien placée, avec vue imprenable sur le Lac d’Annecy et à proximité d’activités sportives . Nous avons fait du canyoning situé à 10 mn de la maison et du parapente à 20 mn. L’avantage est que ce n’est pas loin de tout, tout en étant au calme. Sophie est une hôte disponible et très agréable. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"

"Really great house for a large group. Jaw-dropping views, great pool, great kitchen, great deck and living areas. The ping pong table was a highlight for us. Some of the bedrooms and baths are new and some are quite old. They're all comfortable and the house works very well. It's an easy walk to town. Will definitely return."

"Mr & Mrs Grasso were really nice but Mr Grasso did not respond to any emails until 2 days before we got there. He does not speak English but we could have sent a message in French. The pool was not heated but was not an issue but the pool does need a good clean especially round the steps. Internally the house was exceptionally well fitted with what looks like some particularly expensive items but was quirky, e.g. one bedroom door would not shut, toilet door would not fully open glass windows...

"Lovely house to stay in. Swimming pool was great and the location with views of the mountains and lake was delightful. With a 3 year old in our family, the swimming pool cover was essential and much appreciated."

"We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and taking a dip in the cold lake (we were there in April.) *Note: The hot tub did take a bit of practice getting the temperature right... it was often too cold or too hot! The property was great for...

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all."

"Great panorama view. But the house would definitively need some renovations/modernisations for the price it is located. AND it should be deeply cleaned. Overall the stay is nice mainly due to the wonderfull panorama and location of the house."
