Spectacular apartment with private terrace:
This unique 3 bedroom duplex penthouse is located in one of the most valuable and trendy areas in Sevilla: Calle Luis Montoto,3, Plaza de San Agustín, part of the historical centre of the city. All of Seville well known monuments and most of attractions can be easily accessed on foot.

The apartment is a recently renovated and completely refurbished three-bedroom penthouse, and includes a large, furnished terrace with views. The unit is part of an exclusive house by renowned architect Anibal González, the signature behind Plaza de España complex. Situated on the edge of the ancient historical downtown, most 'must-see' monuments are within 10 minute walk.

At 5 minute walking distance La Casa de Pilatos, an outstanding 16th century palace, is located. At 10 minute walk away the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar and El Barrio de Santa Cruz are placed. Its gardens and patios and enchanting streets will make absolutely worthy the visit. At 15-20 minute from the apartment, the Guadalquivir river, the Torre del Oro, the popular and yet exclusive Triana neighborhood and the Maestranza bullring....

The main shopping area, as well as best known Sevilla restaurants, flamenco show taverns and authentic tapas bars are also close by: the Alfalfa square, the commercial streets of Tetuán, Sierpes and Cuna are also within minutes of each other and of the apartment.

The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. All utilities are included. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (6 guests), large common living room, dining room and a little family room with views. In the living room there is one sofa-bed for 2 additional guests. The apartment has two and half fully equiped bathrooms.

In addition, with straight entrance from the lounge area, the apartment has its own private terrace, which is provided with garden furniture. From there, sights to the Giralda and rest of churches, monasteries and ancient palaces within Sevilla historical city centre can be contemplated.

Quality WiFi, individual AC/heater in each room, 4 TV sets, and free phone calls nationwide are included in the rent.

Very walkable to Old Town and Attractions

Great location- easy walk to old town area and shops. Really enjoyed the terrace at night once it cooled off. Good sized rooms except for the kitchen. Lots of stairs - unit covers four floors. We had to spread out our showers due to hot water limitations. We found free parking at a lot 10 minute walk away.

Nice place

Not very communicative prior to getting there. The check in process was a little difficult. The majority of the property was really good, very comfortable beds, however we reported damaged and unsafe decking boards and no one came to fix them. The dishwasher wouldn't work either.

Stay in Seville

Property was in a great location right by the old part of town and is nice and big. Great patio but its needs some fixing. There were loose boards and nails sticking out. Apartment is on 4 levels so if you dont like stairs this could be difficult. Our biggest complaint was in checking in. We had agreed to meet at 3pm but no one was there. It took 40 minutes for them to come get us even though he said his office was right around the corner. The people staying beside us had the same problem when checking in

Casa bellissima! Ottima posizione, praticamente in centro . Si raggiungono le maggiori attrazioni a piedi, in ogni caso la fermata dell'autobus è praticamente sotto casa. Negozi alimentari molto vicini. Questo alloggio ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile! Se proprio devo trovare un difetto non mi sento di consigliarla a chi ha problemi di mobilità in quanto disposta su tre piani. Marilena

Nothing Spectacular!

We booked for a 3 night stay and only stayed 1 night due to horrendous rodent extermination spray smell and sewage smelll throughout the apartment. Bed linen was dingy and dated. Roaches in bathroom. Homeless man sleeping on bench in front of building upon our only night's return to the property.Terrace is the best part of this property.

Superb apartment centrally located

We have just returned from a 3 day break in Seville The host was 1st class from checking us in to sorting out a small problem we had on the first evening. The apartment is great with 3 good bedrooms & bathrooms the kitchen has all the amenities you need and there was an abundance of tea & coffee .Having the balcony was great for either having an early morning coffee or just chilling after a busy day touring Seville. The apartment is ideally situated for exploring the city, with bars and restaurants close by.Overall a great host & city Thank you

Spacious and comfortable

Nice space with 3 rooms 2 and half baths. It was really hot in Sevilla but the a/c worked well in each room. Convenient to different tourists spots like cathedral de Sevilla was a 20 minute walk as was plaza de espana which was 25 minute walk. Plenty of little shops to eat at within walking distance. very clean and has an elevator.

Exactly as described and close to everything

Jose Manuel was an awesome host. The property is in walking distance to everything we did in Seville. I would highly recommend. There are a lot of stairs, so I would avoid if stairs are diffucult, but otherwise it worked well for our 8 guests.

Wonderful!

Jose made everything easy for our stay and communicated with us regularly to be sure all needs were attended to. The home was well stocked, impeccably clean and in a perfect location for walking to Seville’s highlights. We visited for my sons wedding and the top floor patio provided a perfect backdrop for family photos and a respite to rest tired bodies.

Great Apartment for a Wonderful Trip to Seville

We had a wonderful time staying here. José was a great host and very helpful, especially with coordinating the arrival and departure. The apartment itself is very nice and was great for our family. It's also centrally-located and we were able to walk to most of the sites. Highly recommended!
