The apartment has been designed with great attention to detail, offering a calm, welcoming, and modern atmosphere. It features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a large bedroom with a reading area, and an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Spacious Accomodation in Good Location

Well-equipped apartment in excellent locale. Quiet, well-managed. with great communication from host. All you need for pleasant stay in a beautiful city. Only suggestion is bathroom could use a deep cleaning. Secure and walking distance to historical highlights. Comfortable bed and ample quality linens.

Sewer Smell Whole Time

House smelled of strong diffusor. Took us 3 days to clear out after diffusor removed. Turns out was covering bad sewer smell in apartment. Complained and reaponse was "we have fresh air in Spain". Half day without toilet to use. Awful place, bad management. Would not recommentd. Awful week for us.

First Time to Sevilla

Amazing location right in the centre of historical Sevilla. Minutes walk to most attractions. The apartment is spacious, attractive and very quiet. Communication with the host was easy. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay while in beautiful Sevilla!

Perfect apartment

The apartment is very centrally located near the Cathedral. It is large, clean and most importantly, on the inside courtyard rather than the noisy road. It was a bit difficult communicating with the property manager at first, but once we were at the apartment they were very helpful. I would recommend this apartment.

like all the other comments this is a 5 simply due to its location and how well the apartment is put together… if l had any fault it would be there are some places that are a bit tired and could use a sprucing up…. but it still works very well… in fact you would be hard pressed to find a better place. It is a very comfortable elegant apartment - apparently owned by an architect - excellent art on the walls, attractive, comfortable furniture. Walking distance to most Seville highlights. It's very quiet, mainly because all windows face a large courtyard rather than the street.

Very Poor Customer Service and Cockroaches

A month before our trip to Spain I contacted the property via e mail with our arrival time by train from Madrid to Seville. They said it was too soon and they would reach out to me a few days before my arrival. They did not. The night before my arrival I contacted them with my arrival details again.. This time they said to contact them when I got off the train. When I got off the train I texted them twice to notify them of my arrival and arrival time. They did not respond. I called and they answered. I gave them my arrival details telling them I would be there at the apartment in 15 minutes. When our taxi dropped us off on the street, there was no one there. So we stood in the street with our luggage. I called again. No answer. I called again and told them I was waiting on the curb. They said they would arrive in 15 minutes. I made it clear I was not happy. The apartment resembles the pictures and it is well located. But we were very disturbed to have a very large cockroach as a visitor one night. I rent from VRBO frequently and this is my only unsatisfactory experience. I do not recommend and would not stay here again.

Excellent stay

The apartment was the best of four VRBO's we stayed in during our time in Spain. Well positioned to visit shops, restaurants and attractions but on quiet street and quiet position within building. Apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. Genteel was also the best of the management companies we dealt with during our stays.

The location could not be more central to major sites and things to do. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, very clean, newly renovated, well designed and furnished. The apartment is as pictured. It is large, quiet and was clean and comfortable. We had a bit of a delay checking in but the woman who did arrive was very nice. The apartment is very central but on a quiet street. Loved it and would stay here again.

A Week Of Living Like A Local

My wife and I spent a week at the apartment on Tomas de Ibara and it was perfect. We loved the wall of windows in the living room looking down on the inner patio. The small kitchen worked out perfectly for us with its modern stove, fridge, oven, and microwave. The Carrefour Express store was just around the corner and down the street for our grocery needs. We had breakfast every morning on the small dining area planning our day. The bathroom had two sinks so we each had our own and there was plenty of storage in the hallway closet for all our clothes. The bedroom was spacious with a sitting area with two chairs. The apartment was very quiet and we felt safe with an outer and inner locked door. The Geentil-Home crew was quick to answer any questions. We felt like locals. Great stay!
