  • Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the heart of the historic centre at Rioja street, just a few steps away from the most popular shopping streets (Velázquez, Sierpes and Tetuán), and 500 metres from the Cathedral.

    The bright living room has 2 sofas, a central table and TV. Two windows allow plenty of light in. Next to the living room is the dining area with a large table and chairs. Galley kitchen in the entrance area well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering.

    The master bedroom has a double bed (1,35x1,90m), a large wardrobe and two windows facing the pedestrian Rioja street. En-suite bathroom complete with shower. The second bedroom is just by the apartment entrance door and features two single beds (0,90x1,90m) placed together. Window to a quiet interior courtyard. There is a second bathroom available, with shower.

    Other features: marble flooring, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living-room, and free wireless internet. You will receive the access code on your arrival.

    The apartment is on the third floor with elevator.

    OUR RECOMMENDATION
    The apartment offers an unusual amount of privacy for the two bedrooms: The bedroom which has the bathroom en-suite, has a second, independent entrance from the staircase of the building (see floorplan). At the same time, it is connected to rest of the apartment through the living room.

The location was wonderful. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do and very close to a grocery store and the shopping district. The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as it shows in the pictures. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops, historical sites all within walking distance. The host was responsive. Definitely would recommend.

This unit is in a wonderful location central to all of the tourist agenda items that one would desire to do on holiday. Just walk out the door and there are numerous high-end stores cafés and such. The unit itself was furnished modestly, but functionally with a good washing machine and the air conditioning worked well on the hot days that we were there. Our only negative items were the use of low quality worn out towels, low quality, shampoo, and soaps,one of the two sets of keys did not appear to be for the unit that we rented, and we only found out later that there was an add-on charge for checking in after 8 PM. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend it to others.

This property is very well located on a pedestrian area in the center of the City. It is close to the major sites of interest. It is also very close to restaurants and shops. The check in process was very easy as we were met by a representative of the owner who gave us a tour of the apt and handed us the keys. The apt is clean and spacious and equipped with everything required for a short stay. Communications with the owner’s team were excellent both before and during our stay. I would recommend this property.

It was well équiped but used it only for breakfast…we never found the dishwasher but it was ok.Cleanliness, location were great….the apt is on a pedestrian street with no restaurants or bars only stores which ensure quietness. We were at less than 10-15 minutes walk to the Cathédral, the Alacaraz and other sites. I highly recommend this apartment

Location couldn’t be better. Ismael who checked us in after hours was very friendly and helpful. This was a great choice for our stay in Seville and I’ll recommend it and will stay again when I return!

Perfect location in Seville

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and remarkably quiet in on a busy street (probably due to new windows). It was in a perfect location in the middle of town to serve as a launching point to explore the various neighborhoods and sights in Seville. Great communication with the hosts and easy check-in/check-out.

Excellent location, within walking distance to best attractions, restaurants , and shopping. Check-in was very easy with agent greeting us at property.Very nice apartment, nicely furnished. Only negative was the comfort of the pillows provided (single long pillow on double bed). Overall would come back to this property.

A spacious, airy apartment in an excellent area of Sevilla - close to all the main attractions and with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and as described. We had excellent communication with our hosts both before and during our stay, and they responded quickly to any requests. The apartment did not have some of the amenities of a 5 star apartment but this did not decrease our enjoyment. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Spacious apartment with lots of sunlight. Great location. Fifteen minute walk to Alcazar and Cathedral and many great plazas. Property manager covered all we needed to know and was enthusiastic about helping us. Public parking lot was very close.

Attentive host and great location

Overall stay was great. Loved the spacious apt and location. Communication with host was prompt from booking to any questions or needs. A few recommendations: 1) add more shelving space in the bathrooms 2) ensure space is thoroughly dusted especially things like the blow dryer. 3) update worn table in ensuite bathroom For US folks, microwave and toaster are very different appliances🙂. Loved the food in Sevilla! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants and key sites.
