It is an apartment of 60 square meters, with a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and double sofa bed in the living room, which makes it suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on Calle San Isidoro in one of the most emblematic areas of the old town, surrounded by local bars where you can enjoy the real typical Sevillian food. It is about 10 minutes walk from iconic streets such as Tetouan and Sierpes, where you can do your shopping or even enjoy our famous fish in adobo. It is also a 15-minute walk from the Guadalquivir River promenade, where you can enjoy the best view of the city and fall in love with Seville.

The house is delivered with the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. In the bathroom, you will find little bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You do not need to carry all this in your suitcase.

OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS

The time of check-in is from 3 in the afternoon, although in some cases you can enter before, just ask me. If you arrive after 11 at night there will be a night check-in fee of € 15, to be paid at the time of Check In.
It is important not to forget the keys inside the apartment or put in the lock during your stay in the city. At the time of check out, please leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. The departure time is before 11 if we have not agreed another hour previously. Our cleaning girl will arrive around 11. If you agree with her, please, let her enter.

Check in time is at 3PM or later, although sometimes I may manage to let you in before, so just ask. If you arrive later than 11PM there will be a small late check-in fee of € 15 to be paid at arrival.
The front door is self-locking. Please do not leave the keys in the apartment while you are still in the city. Upon checkout, please just leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. The checkout time is anytime before 11AM unless you agreed to checkout at a different time in advance. Our housekeeper will usually eat at 11AM, in which case, please let her in!

The apartment is located in the historical, monumental and commercial center of the city. The Alfalfa, a few meters away, is the nerve center of Sevillian life. It is an area of ​​bustling pedestrian streets, characterized by its large number of shops, many of them with more than a century of existence.
Shops and establishments of all kinds around the corner: grocery stores, clothes and shoes, places to eat and drink, pharmacies, banks, and the main monuments of Seville.
The commercial heart of Seville is composed of the trinomial Sierpes, Tetuán and Campana, so do not hesitate to visit it.
Very close to Casa de Pilatos and at a distance of a delightful walk of no more than 10 minutes we enter the pedestrian area around the Cathedral, with its Giralda, and the Barrio de Santa Cruz, Judería and Arenal.
The surroundings of our homes are full of charming traditional houses, palaces, mansions, flowery patios and, above all, history.
