• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Rental Agreement: You will be asked for your email address to sign our standard rental agreement prior to your stay.
• Security Deposit: A valid credit card must be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This is a hold, not a charge. The hold is released after check-out, provided no damages are found.
• Damage Protection: For a worry-free stay, a mandatory, non-refundable $49 fee will be charged for an accidental damage protection policy covering up to $1,500.
• Safety: The cabin is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
• Grill Supplies: Please note that charcoal and other supplies for the Weber charcoal grill are not provided.

Cabin was cozy has plenty to keep the teenage kids entertained. Location is great not far from main strip. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We had the best time and this cabin was perfect. It’s in THE best location. The hosts are incredible communicators and so kind. The cabin was clean, the hot tub was in great condition and check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and suggest this property to family and friends.

Great place for our family to come and relax. Minutes from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. At the bottom of the mountain in Dollywood! But just far away and up the mountain to be able to feel like you are away from the world. Great communication from Kate. Always checking in on us. Can’t wait to be back next year!

Overall very enjoyable stay. A few things could be update, the blankets were pretty thin and not very cozy, all of the pool sticks were damaged or broken, a chair was broken when we arrived but was not set aside or removed, there is no front view of the cabin from on site. It drops off like a cliff with no access and the front entrance is very bare. We loved that it was pet friendly, however there was almost no where to walk dogs safely in the resort area, almost no grass in the surrounding streets and very steep drops that were gated off for safety. The host provided plenty of coffee and hot chocolate and useful necessities. Overall we really liked it. Some of the people with us found the beds to be uncomfortable though, citing that they were very hard even for Memory foam beds, which I’m not sure they were memory foam but that was just the statments made. The host also accommodated a last minute extension for a night when requested which was great! The fireplace is electric, which we did not realize until we arrived. Overall very good experience, if you want something a little more luxurious and photo friendly you might need a different place though.

Wonderful Cabin... And the best part was the communication with the owners. We never had to wait more than 60 SECONDS for a response to our questions.Perfect location, right around the corner from Dollywood.5-Star Hosts!

We enjoyed the cabin and it afforded ample space to accommodate our group of 10 - 6 adults, 4 children. The cabin provided space above and below stairs for adults to sit and children to play. Loved the upper deck, watching a squirrel climb high in the tree and jump onto the roof, birds calling and flitting in the trees, and a spider diligently spinning a large web in the tree. We did not see bear though all of us were hopeful! Communication was excellent pre and post rental. We did note a couple of areas of maintenance that involve safety for little ones - and are confident they will be addressed as overall the property demonstrated a high level of care and the rental managers were very responsive in our communication with them.

It was a great place to stay. If we had any issues (no issues with the cabin) our host was quick to respond. We would definitely book again. There is a groundhog that is living right behind the cabin that we enjoyed watching. We will have some great memories from this trip.

Great Location

Our family had a great stay at Kate's Cabin and communication with the property owners was outstanding! We were minutes from Dollywood and anything else we wanted to do. The cabin was clean and beautiful and plenty of room for our 8 adults and 3 children. We would definitely recommend Renkat Rentals and Kate's Cabin!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing time at this cabin near Dollywood! It was spotlessly clean, very well-maintained, and exactly as described—actually, even better than expected. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just minutes from Dollywood and other top attractions, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Everything worked flawlessly, and the attention to detail really showed. It was the ideal home base for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in the Smokies!

Amazing!

Our stay was great! The communication with the owners was amazing. First day we noticed the ac was now working properly downstairs and emailed right away. They jumped into action to get this corrected as soon as could be done. We didn’t have cool air first night but it was cool enough with the fans running. The next day the ac company said they couldn’t make it that day and the owners jumped into action and found another crew to get to the house and had it fixed before we made it home from that days activities! Even though the air was out of anyone’s control the way it was handled was top tier! The place was clean and neat. Lots of towels and toiletries provided! Overall excellent experience!

Spring Break Weekend

Kate's Cabin was the perfect spot for our family to have a quick spring break weekend. Located near everything we could have wanted either in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg! The house was wonderful with room for the teenagers to have their own space downstairs. The owners were excellent and very generous in their communication. Happily recommend for a family stay!

Family Getaway

We loved our stay at the cabin in Pigeon Forge. The only issue we ran into was that the pool that was advertised was closed for refurbishment. We weren’t aware of this before arriving which was disappointing. The owners were very understanding and did a great job at finding a way to make it up to us. Their communication was fabulous and I appreciated their kindness. I would recommend this cabin to my family and friends.
