We were very unhappy with our stay. Upon arrival, there was no Wi-Fi internet service on the first day, which was a major inconvenience. The spa was dirty and not maintained, and the king-size mattress in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable—slumping in the middle and causing back pain throughout our stay.On top of that, the host failed to inform us that guard rail construction was taking place on the only road leading up and down the mountain. This work completely blocked access, forcing us to remain stuck in the cabin for several hours without the ability to leave.Considering all of these issues, the 50 credit offered was completely inadequate and, frankly, insulting given the circumstances. We expected a far better experience and level of communication from the host.
