    ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire cabin except for the owners closet.

    ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available with ample parking for a large group. Also have an EV charger available for free usage.

    ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? The cabin is suitable for large groups and families. However, please note we do not have baby-proofing measures like baby gates. We do have a pack n’ play available upon request.

    ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

    ✹ PETS: We have a NO-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding. Please note you will be asked to leave if you bring a pet and assessed a $500 excess cleaning fee and any additional special cleaning needed.

    ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

    ✹ The property is located in a wooded area. Expect to see wildlife, dogs and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.

    ✹ The pool is serviced frequently for cleanings. The pool cleaning charge is included in the overall cleaning fee.

    ✹ We provide a starter pack that includes: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a starter supply of bath soap and shampoo, one paper towel roll, dish soap, and two trash bags. Please bring any additional items you may need for your stay

    ✹We have a well-water at this cabin. (Some guests noticed sulfur smell but mentioned it did not affect their over-all stay)

    ✹Just a quick heads-up: our neighbor's dogs may occasionally wander over to visit the cabin. They're very friendly and well-behaved, but we wanted to let you know in case you're surprised to see a furry visitor.

We loved our time at High Hopes! Sweet responsive hosts, clean, and as advertised. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy all the amenities.

The house was beautiful and we had a fantastic vacation! The game room was well utilized by our families, the layout of the house was great, and we loved the pool and hot tub as well as the deck space! The host was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. We would highly recommend!

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin is beautiful and has all the amenities you could want. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room plus some. Fantastic communication from host and an all around wonderful stay. We will stay here again when back in the area.

Beautiful home, very clean, roomy and cozy. We could not have had a better Christmas getaway with our family. We do this every year and this has by far been the best place we have ever stayed. They definitely checked all the boxes, and even provided a delivery of complimentary donuts, really??? We’ve never had that courtesy. We will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is gorgeous- pictures don’t do it justice. We went with a variety of ages ranging from 2 to 75, and everyone had a blast. There was enough space for us to all hang out together at the same time, but also enough space for privacy. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property! Great for Large Families.

This house is amazing! With all the bedrooms and bathrooms, it allowed all of my families to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Having gathering spaces on each level allowed for adult gatherings and kid gathering in separate spaces. The furniture was both functional and comfortable. When it came to eating, the kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of seating room for my entire family. With regards to communication, the owners were fast to answer any questions and they provided reminders for check out day. This was the best, cleanest, easiest check out house I have ever rented. If we are ever in the area again, we will book this property again without any reservations. Best house and best owners for Sevierville, TN.

This beautiful house was an excellent stay for our large group, exceeding expectations. The host was easily avaliable and courteous even bringing us a sweet treat for breakfast! The house was clean and well kept, and we enjoyed our time in the pool as well as the theater .Would definitley stay here again!
