This luxury tiny home is built for couples or a small group of 4 who want a genuine Smoky Mountain experience — private hot tub, fire pit, rocking chairs, and unobstructed mountain views, 2 miles from the national park entrance. The views are the real amenity. The hot tub faces them directly. So does the deck. It’s the kind of setting that makes people put their phones down.
The space:
Thoughtfully designed for a small group. Queen bedroom and a twin pull-down bed are both on the main level — no stairs required. The loft has a queen mattress for additional sleeping space, but heads up: the loft ceiling is 3.5 feet — it’s cozy by design and not suitable for anyone with mobility concerns. Total sleeps: 4.
Full kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Washer and dryer on site. Smart TV with Roku, excellent WiFi.

Private hot tub, charcoal grill, fire pit, rocking chairs, and deck seating — all with those Smoky Mountain views. Pool access included at an offsite community pool 3 miles away, open daily 10am–9pm (May–August).
*******Location:
2 miles from the national park entrance. Minutes from Pigeon Forge, the Alpine Coaster, and Gatlinburg. Close to everything, but up on a hill where it’s actually quiet.
Good to know before you book:
∙ The driveway is steep but paved — most vehicles handle it fine. In rare snow conditions, parking is available at the bottom of the hill on the property.
∙ One pet allowed with prior approval — $98 pet fee per pet. Allowed 1 pet only.
∙ Loft bedding is pre-set with fitted sheets; guests make up the loft and pull-down bed as needed.
∙ Parking for up to 2 vehicles.
∙ Non-smoking property.
