This Amazing 5-STAR rated property is a beautiful 4-bedroom chalet nestled between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge! Walk in and immediately feel right at home with it's mountain style design and upscale finishes showing off this fantastic cabin in a way that you will never want to leave! Relax in the mornings with a cup of coffee or cuddle in front of the fireplace or you can unwind at the end of the day in the large hot tub! An d the game room is great for kids, both big and small!
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

We are available by email, text messaging or phone call.
Our property is in the perfect location, in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so both locations are just 10 minutes away and the Smoky Mountain National Park is a few minutes away!
We provide contactless entry using an electronic door code.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom is perfect for your next vacation with family and friends! It can sleep up to 15 people, with 1 king bed, 4 Queens, 2 fulls, and sleeper sofas located through this 3 floor holiday home! The living room is spacious and the home has some beautiful mountain décor throughout for you to enjoy. And the entertainment room comes complete with a pool table and video arcade games. And the hot tub is covered so that you can relax in after a day exploring the area, even if it is raining!
As a courtesy and convenience to our guests, we supply enough toiletries and paper products to last 1 - 2 days.

Not a very good experience at all!! Upon arrive our cabin was nasty dirty and smelt like sewer they left windows open Im assuming to try to air it out! It is listed to slept 15 people and it does not it only sleeps 11 said it had 2 couch sleeper sofas and neither couch made a bed and we had 15 people with us! The 3rd bathroom and washer and dryer ended up being out of order the whole week we was there bc they never did come and fix the problem like they was suppose to! Oh and don’t rely on VRBO to help and make things right bc in their eyes this wasn’t urgent problems! We will never rent from VRBO again!!

Ponderosa in Country Pines Resort community
This is 9th year staying in Ponderosa but first time under new ownership. There is a few things that I would prefer but will not let this keep me from going back. First there is a service for 8 set of silverware in a cabin that occupies 15 people. Service for 16 would work but 24 would be great. The steps going upstairs are open between steps and with new walkers who like to climb stairs this is a hazard because falling thru steps will mean falling down to next floor and it would be nice to have a half door or gate of some sort at main level going to lower floor game room because, Smaller ones want to see what is going on in game room and it is a constant fight to keep them on main level . Need more glass serving dishes w/without lids . Freezer of fridge leaks down onto food in fridge. Hot water and Cold water on kitchen sink are reversed so it took awhile to figure out we really had hot water. I KNOW this is a long post but for the price which is over 300.00 more than we paid previously, I would like some of this to be taken under consideration. This year my family rented 4 cabins from Outrageous Cabins AND Ponderosa all in a row, spending an estimated $5,000.00 just for lodging. We cook and eat all our meals at Ponderosa so we can be together like we used to at our Moms houses . The large table works well and just like at Moms we eat on porch or wherever if table is full. We Love Ponderosa and wanted this story to tell you what would work better for us.INFO NOT COMPLAINING

Fram-ily getaway
We get together for a long weekend with close friends each summer and this year we chose the Gatlinburg area. This cabin was perfect for our crew of 11 - with kids ranging in age from 5 to 18 + 6 adults. We were close enough to town to be able to get to food/tourist spots/etc fairly quickly, but far enough away that we didn't hear any noise from town. The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Plenty of towels and pillows for everyone.
