The Nordic Chalet : Theatre Room, Game Room, Hot tub, Fire Pit, Location

The Nordic Chalet is a Scandinavian inspired modern retreat with dramatic angles, floor-to-ceiling windows & an abundance of natural light - perfect for snapping your next insta worthy photos!

It is situated midway between Pigeon Forge (7 miles) and Gatlinburg (9 miles). The Chalet offers high quality design and amenities while incorporating an organic aesthetic. Amenities include Game room, Theatre room, Hot Tub and Fire pit.

THE SPACE
This 4-bed/3-bath Chalet has an open interior design. Many spots have been created to hangout with friends or family and to soak in nature. You can cozy up in front of the indoor Fireplace or outdoor Firepit, engage in competitive games in the Game room, watch movies on the 10 feet Theatre room screen or camp in the tent in the loft bedroom.

Please note that the 4th bedroom is an open loft area that has been converted into a bedroom (please see pictures 31 and 32 in the listing, this area doesn’t have a door for privacy; the other 3 bedrooms have their own separate doors for privacy).

OUTSIDE
The yard has a stunning Fire Pit area (adorned with string lights) to relax and to make smores with friends and family. There is also an inviting Hot Tub to soothe your body at the end of a tiring day.

PETS
With a large enclosed backyard and front yard, our home is absolutely ideal for pets! We kindly request a $100 flat fee per pet. Two dogs max please. If you do bring your dog, we request that you supervise them while outside - our home is in a forest and there is wildlife around.

DRIVE to the CABIN
As we are in the mountains, you will drive thru' windy roads. Please drive with caution.

DRIVEWAY
We can easily fit 4 cars on the driveway. Additional parking for at least two cars is also available on the long sidewalk by the fence. This property doesn’t have a closed garage space as that area has been converted into a game room and theater room.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You'll be in the mountains and so nature-related elements are inevitable like weather and wildlife. You may lose power if there is a snowstorm/fallen trees, etc. and might see bears from time to time. Please do follow all the safety protocols.

The cabin is in a rural area. While cellular internet is generally good and reliable, weather patterns might affect connectivity and speed from time to time.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to help cover you for situations such as unforeseen cancelations, weather related issues, etc.

For liability and warranty reasons, please do not undertake any repairs if you run into any issues. Instead, please contact us and we are happy to send maintenance at your convenience
