The owners were fantastic, really some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. We stayed there as a homebase for my son's wedding in Cades Cove. We loved its central location between Townsend and Pigeon Forge. The space was adequate for all we needed. The ad is slightly off. You have the bottom section of a 2 story dwelling. Also, it says ski in and ski out, not that we were skiing anywhere, but you I would highly discourage it from this location. Overall a very memorable experience.

Rodger and Debra have a really special place. It's a beautiful property, and they are extremely kind. I would absolutely stay here again. As far as location, I really loved where we were. A couple minutes from Paw Paw's catfish, which we all highly recommend now, plus a short drive to pigeon forge on more of a back road so there's not so much traffic. We really loved our stay. The house is beautiful, the porch swings are lovely, and the property owners are invested in making sure you have a nice time. If you have the chance, stay here!

This is advertised as an “entire home”. IT IS NOT! The owners are upstairs and were home floating around the pool area entire week. The master bedroom and bath have no vents, so no AC. The owners said,”it’s a new addition, they have not had time to install any yet”. The AC for the rest of the home is controlled by the owners on the main level. As guests you have no temperature control. This shows a kitchenette with a kitchen island, there is no island. Thats also misleading. It’s equipped for 8 people to sleep, we had 6 and not having any space for food prep was challenging, including having to keep trash inside because the outside cans were full most of the week. The golf cart in the photos is also not running or included. The owners brought us a fan and told us they believed VRBO put this misinformation on the site and that they would work with us directly because we were mislead. The pool deck was a mess and there are no loungers. There were lawn chairs but they were rusted and unsafe. The inside was clean but very cluttered. I’ve reached out a number of times through messages and have not heard back. We want to ensure future renters are aware of what they are getting. We have rented many times through VRBO and others like it, never had an experience like this. After the many positive reviews we were surprised and want other renters to be informed of what they are truly getting.

Debbie and Roger were dream hosts. Our experience was theirntop priority. The location is perfect, and the property itself was better than pictured/described. This was our best vacation yet, and a large part of that was due to our experience at Seven Swings!

Home away from home

Staying at Roger and Debbie's delightful homestay in Sevierville, TN, was an absolute dream. The location itself was nothing short of amazing, offering breathtaking views and a serene environment perfect for relaxation. The decor was outstanding and picturesque, with every corner thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality, not just from Roger and Debbie, but also from their adorable dog, Coco, who added an extra touch of joy to the stay. Every amenity provided was perfect, catering to every need and making the stay incredibly comfortable. The antique and well-kept furniture added a unique charm and a sense of timeless elegance to the space. This homestay is truly a gem, and I can't recommend it enough. The Most Perfect Getaway

We had the most wonderful time in Pigeon Forge at this Inn. We got married down the road and were able to stop by and rest here before dinner. The grounds are private and beautiful. The inside of the inn is so cozy and unbelievably clean. The location is close to Pigeon Forge but far enough that you avoid the chaos and traffic. Roger and Debbie were SO kind and wished us a long and happy marriage. You can tell they put so much though and care into their home. We wish we had booked more than one night and we cannot wait to return!

Wonderful getaway

The property is beautiful. Outdoor area is great with the grill, tv and pool. Indoor stayed nice and cool, which was really nice after a very hot day outside. Mrs. Debbie and Mr. Roger are wonderful and loving people! We can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing vacation

The house was exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of room for our family and the beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. Easy access to scenic routes and a short 15 min drive from Pigeon Forge. The pool was great after a long day of activities. Coming back to the house each night was so relaxing to get away from all the hustle and bustle of town. Quiet and relaxing. Finally, Roger and Debbie (and Coco) are absolutely wonderful. They made the trip feel like home and we enjoyed our conversations. Definitely made some new friends and we will be back.

Summer Getaway

Great place to unwind, but still close to attraction. Pool area is fantastic. Pool is deep so if your kids can't swim be ware. Ours loved it especially after a day of activities.
