Main Level



Relax beneath soaring cathedral ceilings in the open-concept living room featuring a stunning stacked-stone gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic mountain views. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a spacious island, and everything needed to prepare memorable meals. The dining area provides plenty of seating for everyone to gather together.







The main-level king suite includes a private bath, fireplace, deck access to the hot tub, and an attached kids' room with bunk beds and a crib—perfect for families. Step outside to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, picnic table, and ping-pong table while soaking in the incredible scenery.







First Lower Level



Entertainment takes center stage with your private 18-foot heated indoor swim spa, complete with mountain views. Challenge family and friends to pool, air hockey, arcade games, Xbox, or relax in the media lounge with a 75-inch HDTV and Bluetooth sound system. This level also features two king bedrooms, a bunk room, two bathrooms, and another spacious deck with a fire pit, gas grill, picnic table, and golf practice mat.







Second Lower Level



Bring movie night to life in your private theater featuring 12 cinema-style seats, surround sound, and a large HDTV. This level also includes another king suite, an additional bunk room, a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone.
