Main Level:
Two master suites, each with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom

Upper Level:
Four custom built bunk beds, each with its own Smart TV

One master suite with a Queen bed and full bathroom, which also serves as a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom for pool access

Outdoor Living:

Step outside onto multiple decks to soak in the gorgeous mountain views from the warm, inviting atmosphere of your private retreat. Unwind in the bubbling hot tub, gather around the propane fire table, or enjoy a meal prepared on the BBQ grill at the outdoor dining set.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self check in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs through the messaging platform. Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay.

As our guest, you will have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin and all its amenities. Your access is secured with a private entrance.

Your stay also includes complimentary access to the nearby Smith Creek Reserve resort amenities, featuring heated outdoor pools and a lazy river, splash pads and family friendly water features, pickleball courts, mini golf, and seasonal outdoor movie nights.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fee. To help keep the home beautiful for all guests, we ask that pets remain off furniture, be crated if left unattended, and supervised outdoors. No cats or other animals permitted.

Construction Notice: The Smith Creek Reserve community is a growing resort and is currently under development. You may experience some construction noise and see vehicles during your visit. Our homes are well insulated to minimize disturbances, but this is outside of our control. Prices have been discounted to reflect this, and refunds will not be provided due to construction.

Amenity Disclaimer: We work hard to ensure all amenities are in perfect working order. However, occasional issues can occur. Please understand that refunds are not available for non working amenities, but our team is committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible.

Resort Amenities: Please note that resort amenity schedules vary by season. Water features are weather dependent, and hours may change due to maintenance or events. Pickleball and mini golf are typically available year round.

What We Provide: Your stay includes a starter pack of essentials including a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, travel size toiletries, along with linens, towels, sheets, quilts, and extra blankets.

Family Friendly Items: The cabin is equipped with a high chair, Pack & Play, children’s dinnerware, and baby gates at the top of both staircases.

Privacy: The cabin includes an Amazon Echo Show with a digital welcome guide. The camera feature on this device is disabled for your privacy.

For guest safety and property protection, there is one exterior security camera located at the front entrance of the cabin. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

Holiday Decor: The cabin is beautifully decorated for Christmas from December 1st through December 31st.
