`By far the most unique stay in the smokeys`

We are so excited for you to come and experience this passion of ours! It was a year and a half ago that my Dad (a lifetime Disney artist) and I (a lover of home design and architecture) embarked on this journey to build the first ever mega treehouse. We decided to put our all into this and soon realized that being kids at heart, we wouldn’t know when to stop. This led to us thinking through every single detail aiming to achieve more and more jaw dropping features in every space day after day. Every inch of our treehouse was created by my dad, my mom, my wife, and myself — from the design to the handcrafted spiral staircases built from trees from the very forest surrounding us.

This treehouse is not just something exciting to experience but it is also extremely luxurious. We sourced the highest quality products for each of our suites, including comfortable memory foam mattresses, state of the art appliances and beautiful bathroom features. Inspired by the beauty of the surrounding woods, the rooms and bathrooms are accented with handcrafted tables and features, made from natural products found locally in Sevierville and Gatlinburg. Also, since the whole house is smart; turning off lights, opening doors, and even setting moods for movie nights or barbecues is just a `Hey Siri` away. Each room features a list of commands displayed and ready for you to use to experience the ingenuity of this treehouse.

Super Secluded. Hear the wonderful sounds of nature while being amongst trees 25 feet off the ground.

Secluded, but very close to everything. Just 15 minutes from Dollywood, you`ll love being away from the traffic and jam-packed roads, but close enough to be to almost all of Gatlinburg and Sevierville main attractions in less than 20 minutes.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We have beds for up to 16 people but additional sleeping accommodations can be made for up to 22 guests for an additional charge. Please message me and I will gladly discuss with you further details!

CAMERAS ON PROPERTY: There are two cameras on the property— one watching the parking lot and one watching the main deck areas. We have these only for situations that keep us both safe. Rest assured that we are respectful of your privacy and our priority is that you feel safe during your stay.

There will be 2 luxury air mattresses provided along with all blankets, sheets, and pillows needed as well. Also, there is a giant outdoor sofa that converts into a bed for warmer nights and the air mattresses can be put on any of the decks as well to sleep under the stars.
We want you & future guests to have an amazing experience while staying in our treehouse and for this reason we abide by the following rules:

• Use caution when starting fires and never leave a fire unattended.

• Please return all items used during your stay to their rightful places at the end of your stay.

• Please remove dirty shoes prior to entering the treehouse.

• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the treehouse or on decks above ground level. Please be on the ground or hot tub area to smoke, and please be mindful of fire hazards if smoking.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Unfortunately, due to severe personal allergies, we cannot permit pets of any kind in the treehouse.
