Guest access:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the cabin and its 2.3 acres of property.
● Self Check-In: Convenient and secure keyless entry with a keypad. Your unique code will be provided before arrival.
● Parking: Ample parking is available for your group, including a large garage to protect your vehicle from the elements.
● Amenities: You will have access to a full-size washer and dryer.
● Family Items: For those traveling with little ones, we provide a Pack-and-play, high chair, and a stair gate for your convenience.
● Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and linens. This is intended to get you started but plan to purchase additional supplies.
● Grill: A park-style charcoal grill is located in the front yard for your use. Please bring your own charcoal and grilling supplies.
● Check-in Begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00am.

Other things to note:
Honeysuckle Pool, Fishing Pond, & Recreation Area is located just 6.6 miles away, and it's amenities are included in your stay. Honeysuckle features an outdoor pool which is open seasonally (temperatures permitting), a delicious deli menu, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, and a catch & release fishing pond (Open year round - fishing poles and bait available to purchase).

● Peace in the Valley is professionally cleaned and disinfected.
● Smoke free and Pet free cabin
● Hot Tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled between every guest.
● The driveway to the cabin is steep. If you are not comfortable with going up and down the driveway, there is parking in front of the cabin on street level. Some twisty or steep roads leading up to the cabin, but all roads are paved.
● Travel Insurance: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing 'Cancel for Any Reason' travel insurance to protect your investment.
● Dish and Roku are included with all televisions. Bring your own logins for streaming apps.
● Wildlife & Pests: You are in the mountains and may encounter wildlife, including bears. Please do not leave food out or doors open. The property is treated with monthly pest control, but you may still see bugs or other critters.
● Offline Access: We recommend you save the address, door code, and Wi-Fi details offline for easy access in case you lose service. We also suggest you download the area's Maps data offline as well.
● Safety & Security: For your security, there are external security cameras facing the front porch and driveway entrances
● Utilities: The cabin operates on a well water system and has mesh Wi-Fi. Please be aware that being in the mountains, cell service, internet, and satellite TV can occasionally be spotty or unavailable. In the rare event of a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. No refunds will be given for utility or power outages. If a storm is in the forecast during your stay, we recommend coming prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc. Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions. In winter months, you may have to drive in the snow or ice. You may need tire chains, 4WD or AWD in sub-par conditions. Please plan accordingly and watch the weather updates.
● We ask that you be considerate and treat our family home with respect. There are no parties allowed and no more than 12 people can stay at the cabin. Guests are responsible for any damage done to the property and/or excessive clean up.
