Welcome to Scenic Hideaway, a private Smoky Mountain cabin designed for peaceful views, cozy comfort, and family-friendly fun. Enjoy a newly expanded furnished back deck, hot tub, game room, porch swing, and beautiful mountain views from inside and out.

As you enter the cabin, you’ll be greeted by vaulted ceilings, an open living area, and large picture windows that beautifully frame the mountains. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, an acoustic guitar, board games, foosball, arcade games, and baby-friendly amenities.

INSIDE

The main floor offers an open, family-friendly layout with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, sofa bed, comfortable seating, acoustic guitar, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, large pantry, full bathroom with tub, Queen bedroom, and a TV/game room with a dehumidifier, washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The kitchen includes a Keurig Duo coffee maker, Mr. Coffee pot, Instant Pot, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, and other helpful essentials.

Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy loft living area with a Smart TV, sofa, two bean bag chairs, and board games. The second floor also includes a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a primary bedroom with a King bed, and a bunk room with two Twin bunk beds, a cozy armchair, and children’s books.

Family-friendly amenities include a pack-n-play, booster seat with meal tray, kids dinnerware, removable tension baby gate, infant toys, and children’s books.

OUTSIDE

Scenic Hideaway is nestled into the mountainside, offering beautiful mountain views and plenty of privacy.

The recently renovated back deck features gorgeous views, a 4-person hot tub, string lights, and brand-new Polywood furniture, including a dining table, bar stools, armchairs, and lounge seating. The front porch includes Polywood presidential rocking chairs, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.

GETTING HERE

Scenic Hideaway is located about 7 minutes up the mountain, offering beautiful views once you arrive. Please note that our driveway entrance is angled from the opposite side of the road. When you turn onto Hideaway Way, you’ll need to pass the driveway, turn around at the end of the road, and then make a right into the driveway.

The driveway is steep, but the view is worth it. Roads leading to the cabin can be windy and narrow, so please drive carefully. During winter months, guests should be prepared with 4WD, AWD, or tire chains depending on road conditions. If this is your first visit, we recommend arriving during daylight hours when possible. Automatic floodlights are installed for nighttime arrivals.

PARKING

Parking is available for 2 full-sized vehicles in the lower paved area.

KEYLESS ENTRY

The cabin uses secure keyless entry. You’ll receive a personal entry code for the duration of your stay, so there are no keys to pick up or return.

Scenic Hideaway is tucked away in the Smoky Mountains, perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Enjoy a peaceful mountain setting while staying close to the area’s top attractions.

GOOD TO KNOW

No Pets
We love animals, but pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized animals may result in a minimum $300 fee.

Age Requirement
The booking guest must be 23 or older and must stay at the cabin for the full duration of the reservation.

Generator
For added comfort and safety, the cabin is equipped with a generator in case of winter power outages.

Hot Tub
Hot tubs may take several hours to heat after cleaning and refilling. Depending on the cleaning schedule and your arrival time, the hot tub may not be fully hot upon arrival.

Severe Weather
We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case severe weather impacts your travel plans. Refunds are not issued for weather-related travel issues. During winter months, tire chains and/or 4WD are recommended for mountain roads. Snow shovels and ice melt are provided during the winter season if needed.

Security Cameras
For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed at the cabin. Cameras face the driveway and front entrance only. There are no indoor cameras.

The cameras help us monitor check-ins, check-outs, cleaning and maintenance schedules, and potential safety concerns. They are on a private server accessible only to the host. We value your privacy and do not actively monitor guests during their stay.

GUESTS, PARTIES & QUIET HOURS
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties, events, or unapproved visitors. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 10:00 PM, as we want to be considerate of our neighbors.

HOT TUB & CHILD SAFETY
Please follow all posted hot tub safety rules. Children must be supervised at all times. When the hot tub is not in use, please keep the cover on and securely latched.

SMOKING & CANDLES
No smoking inside the cabin and no candle burning of any kind. Indoor smoking, unauthorized fires, or smoke/fire-related damage may result in a $100 fine plus the cost of any damages.

BUNK BEDS
Please use caution when using the bunk beds, especially with children. Guests are responsible for safe use of the bunk beds and agree to use them at their own risk.

FOOD & DRINKS
Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. We kindly ask that meals and snacks be enjoyed in the dining room or deck areas.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Please contact us first if you are interested in early check-in or late check-out. We may be able to accommodate depending on the cleaning schedule. If approved, a $25 fee may apply.
