A few steps from the River: The Middle Prong of the Little Pigeon River, also known as the "Greenbrier", is a free flowing stream rated the cleanest stream in Tennessee.. At the perfect elevation to offer a wide variety of fish (cold enough for Trout, warm enough for Smallmouth Bass & others), it is deep enough (year round!) to swim, tube, canoe, and kayak, yet mild enough to offer fun for all ages. Fish from the bank, wade, float tube, or kayak. Spin fishing, Bait fishing, Fly fishing or Cane pole fishing, it's all good at Spence Cove!

Take a stroll up the river road with your tube and float back down to the house. Lie on the grassy river bank in the warm sun or under the shade tree while the kids catch crawdads and play in the river. Watch the Kingfishers snatch a meal from the water's surface.
