  • Guest Services provided on-site at resort office: Front Desk, Maintenance, and Concierge.
    Above The Falls is a beautiful three level cabin that is perfect for your family vacation. You can hear the resort waterfall from the back deck while taking in the mountain views. There is a bedroom with a king bed and a private full bathroom on each level. The upstairs bedroom has a private balcony with rocking chairs. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the main floor living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking supplies and a Keurig coffee maker. There's a large wrap around deck off the main level that has a hot tub, picnic table, gas grill, and rocking chairs. For entertainment inside, play a game of pool in the upstairs loft, or play one of the many games available on the arcade game system in the den. The downstairs level has a cozy den, set of twin/full bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. Another private back deck is located off the den with rocking chairs looking out at the beautiful mountain views. Above The Falls is equipped with a washer/dryer, central heat and air, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $119 per dog.

    Above the Falls is located in Little Valley Mountain Resort where you have access to so many great amenities that are included in your stay! There is an outdoor pool, putt-putt, four stocked fishing ponds, par 3 golf, hiking trails, patio fire-pit, tennis court, basketball, volleyball, badminton, batting cage, horseshoes, disc golf, playgrounds, and picnic tables. All these are included in your stay at no extra cost! The resort office is located on the resort where you can find all the equipment needed for the amenities. We even provide fishing poles and sell live bait at the office. DVD movies available for rent. All the fun stuff is right here at the resort!

    When you venture into town, you are only 5 miles from the main parkway. Just minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg, outlet malls, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! There is an easy drive to Cades Cove from the resort that will avoid all parkway traffic. This cabin is in the perfect location to feel like you are secluded in The Smokies, but you are still close to all the attractions.

Great Cabin I.the Smokey Mountains!

My family and I stayed here in August 2022. The cabin itself is awesome. Only concern was, there may be a hornets nest in or near the upstairs bedroom. As we kept finding dead (and living) hornets in the room the resort itself is fine, however, if you're planning on golfing at the 9 hole course, understand it is a chip and putt with fake turf greens. I would not bring golf clubs if this is the only golf you plan on doing. With regard to location - its all the way up at the top of the property, so plan on driving to the pool and activity area.

Very nice property with Gorgeous views!

We would highly recommend this cabin! There is so much to do on the whole property that is included in your price! Everyone was so friendly. Be prepared to drive up and down very steep hills. It is worth it for the views though. If you bring a dog there isn’t really a good place to take them to the bathroom. Parking is at an angle as well but you can carefully park two vehicles for easy in and out access. Any more vehicles would not be able to be moved without pulling out other vehicles. Would totally stay here again even with the few downfalls.

Cabin was great for our family. The only complaint we had were uncomfortable beds. We loved the location and that it was pet friendly. Would stay again!

Great Spring Break stay

2 families stayed here for Spring Break, 4 adults and 4 kids. We had a great time! The location was near Pigeon Forge. The hiking trail on the property was beautiful. Our cabin was clean. The kitchen had plenty of cookware. We had plenty of room, and the pool table and game room downstairs kept the kids happy! Thank you for a great stay!

Great view

What a gorgeous view on all three balconies - that is a lot of space to appreciate the sights. The bedrooms all had plenty of room although the kitchen was small. The cabin is thankfully away from the craziness of pigeon forge itself. Besides the resort activities there are a few good close walking trails.

Loved the cabin! It was perfect!

From the beautiful views, lovely furnishings, hot tub, seclusion and kitchen amenities, the cabin was exceptional. I have but one negative...the so called “heated” resort pool was cold as ICE. If it hadn’t been advertised as “heated”, there would be no expectation and therefore, not one, single complaint from me.

Family weekend

We were very pleased with the booking process and the hospitality of the staff. We enjoyed the golf, put-put, hiking and pool being on the property. The cabin was sufficient for us. The only things I would have changed is having to entertain the raccoons! The kitchen was very small. Overall, we enjoyed our family being together for the first time in a long time.

Beautiful cabin - but really 3 bedrooms, not 4

We loved the living spaces, location, views, balconies and pool table. It would be vastly improved if the mattresses could be updated to memory foam. Several adults couldn't sleep well. Also we really needed 4 private rooms for quiet.

Peaceful

We loved our stay at this wonderful resort cabin. We felt we had the best of both worlds with privacy and yet many things to do at the resort. Everything was really close as well so a trip to the grocery store or Gatlinburg was convenient! We definitely will be back!

Smokies Getaway!

Property is located in a beautiful area on top the mountain. It was really easy to get to Pigeon Forge 10-15mins. House was nice and big with the beautiful deck where you could admire the hills. My family was able to see bears on the first day but didn’t see them after. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Very nice! We had our 18, 10 and 12 yr old with us. They loved it too!

This was our first stay and enjoyed every minute! Friendly and fast check in/check out, cabin was extremely clean, equipped with nice kitchen utensils and all the cooking ware one would need! The property is full of nice amenities as well!
