The smell of fresh mountain air, the lull of the springs that gently flow by, the towering trees that surround you. Soak in the mountain views while you soak in the hot tub. Welcome to Mountain Springs, in the coveted, Wears Valley! A secluded cabin perched high, with mountain views for miles! It's is only an 8 min drive to the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains Natl Park, 20 min to Pigeon Forge and 30 min to Gatlinburg! The cabin is so close to the action, yet you feel a world away!
The second that you walk through the door, you will know that you've chosen the right spot! The views of Great Smoky Mountains from the wall of windows in the expansive living, kitchen, dining and loft area are breathtaking! You can enjoy visiting with loved ones while preparing a meal in the open kitchen. After a day of adventure, snuggle up on the large, sectional sofa in front of the fire (available Oct-Mar). Or melt your worries away, soaking in the hot tub while soaking in the views. Mountain Springs features a bedroom downstairs with a king bed and another bedroom upstairs, also with a king bed. The loft has a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen bed. There is a full bathroom downstairs and another full bathroom in the bedroom upstairs. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry closet in the downstairs bedroom. NOTE: In inclement winter weather, a 4WD or chains are needed.

We loved it! Furniture and bed were very comfortable, and the whole cabin was very clean! The only very minor suggestion I would have is to provide a new pizza cutter. The one there is wobbly and not very sharp. But that of course is nitpicking but just wanted to mention it. Thank you for everything!

Great Views

The cabin was private, had beautiful views and great natural sounds which helped provide a relaxing stay. The downstairs bed was so comfortable my husband and I got the best sleep we’ve had in years. (However, be warned - it’s higher than a normal bed - but worth it). We enjoyed the solitude.

Pretty as the Picture

Just what we were hoping for; peace, quiet, great weather, outstanding views, comfortable beds and good night sleeps. All the amenities added to our stay: charcoal grill, fire pit, hot tub & complete kitchen. The road up to the house is not for low riding cars.There are stores relatively close but plan ahead for meals as roads are quite curvy.

Awesome cabin tucked away on the mountainside overlooking Wears Valley. Place was clean and well maintained. Great views from the deck and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Great cabin close to all the attractions

We lived our stay in this beautiful cabin at the heart of all the attractions. Definitely would strongly recommend this cabin to others. My only suggestion is to be aware that the mattresses are on the very soft side and may present a challenge if guests need a firm mattress. All of the amenities were wonderful and clearly exceeded our expectations.

Peaceful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house is fairly close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The view from the back deck is beautiful, especially when relaxing in the hot tub. The house was clean. Check in and out was simple and clear. The drive up to the house is steep, but no surprise on a mountain. Felt very safe.

Overall great stay

We enjoyed our short stay at the cabin. The view was wonderful and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. It was far away from the crowds and busy town traffic to enjoy the peaceful and quiet mountains but close enough to drive to all the attractions in Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg when we wanted.

The views from the cabin are amazing! There are other homes in the area, but they are well hidden in the trees. This was the perfect spot to rest, relax and recharge. 5 star!

Mountain View Stay

The house (more than a cabin) was fantastic...great view of the mountains due to its altitude and tree line, very private; neighbors near by but could not see any of them. The place had a very cabin feel and was decorated warmly. Easy access to the Smokey Mountain National Forest...the purpose of our visit. I would highly recommend this property.

Great 5 Day Vacation

We used the cabin for 5 nights as our base for hiking at Smokey Mountain National Park. There is a Park Entrance I was not familiar with less than 10 minutes away. The cabin is situated perfectly away from the bustling areas near the Park. So it is peaceful & quiet with a great view. There were 4 adults with a dog. The wrap around porch worked well for us. I would like to return to this cabin again....
