- Fireplace are off from May 1 - 1 October

- 4WD vehicles are recommended from December-April

- Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal, and laundry. If add the items i have above, we may charge an additional cleaning fee depending on severity

- We have an extra guest fee after the 4th person for $50 per night
