  • The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. It features 3 levels of floor area, a private deck, hot tub, picnic table, rocking chairs, beautiful stone fireplace, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, game/theater room, 3 bed rooms, 3 full baths, laundry room and much more. The upper level includes a private bedroom featuring a queen size bed and full on-suite bathroom. It also has a nice loft with sitting area perfect for relaxing with a book and enjoying the view of the woods from the top the hill at Secona Village. The main level includes the master bedroom with a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, and a full on-suite bathroom. It also features a spacious living room, kitchen and separate dining room that leads out to the large deck equipped with 5 person hot tub, nice rocking chairs, and a table for outdoor dining or games. The lower level game/theatre room includes both a pool table, a full size bunk bed, full bath/laundry room, and one bedrooms with a queen size bed. The theatre room space is equipped with a large smart TV for guest's to enjoy movies and sports, and all your favorite streaming apps. We also added true unlimited high speed internet for online streaming videos, remote working,, browsing, etc... The Escape is close enough to everything the area has to offer while providing an amazing mountain vacation without ever leaving the cabin!

The was not enough cooking glassware , bowls or even a can opener ( which I bought one and left it there ) . The refrigerator did not have shelves . And the downstairs shower did not work well . Also the toilet paper holder was broken in the main floor bathroom . Besides that it was clean and roomy . We loved the curb hole game , swing and hot tub . Also the location was great .

This property was perfect size for our family of 6. It is in a great location, 15-20 minute drive to all attractions, and 30-40 minute drive to most major hikes. It was a comfortable, clean retreat at the end of each day!

Thanksgiving getaway

The cabin was great! My family and I had a wonderful time plenty of room. Only a 15 minute drive to Dollywood and all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was the perfect base camp for our vacation. It felt very secluded and quiet, even though it was just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains NP. We were able to explore the area and go to all the attractions, but then retreat to our secluded getaway for the night.The host was friendly, communicative and helpful. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It definitely had the rustic cabin vibe we were looking for, even though it had plenty of modern amenities like fast internet and TVs.We did wish the decks had more comfortable seating for larger groups (there were six of us). We would have spent more time sitting on the deck had there been an outdoor sofa or sectional there. The view from the back deck was stunning and we would have liked to have taken more advantage of it.The fire pit was a nice touch. We enjoyed wine by the campfire one night. The hot tub was also something we enjoyed quite a bit.Overall, it was just a really enjoyable place to spend a week. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to spend time exploring the area, especially if you want to avoid the crowds and craziness of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

This was a great place to stay with my whole family. Clean, great scenery and close to Pigeon Forge. Couldn't ask for better or more responsive hosts. We will be back for sure.

The cabin had plenty of room for any size family. No issues, other than the light over the kitchen sink didn’t work and one of the bathroom vanities had a missing lightbulb.

Want to see bears?

Pay attention to the reminder to lock your car doors. The bears can open them. This house is spacious & welcoming for large groups. Close to so much & far enough out for privacy.

Loved it!

We had a great time at the cabin. Very spacious house and had everything we needed. We loved the downstairs game room, we had so much fun. I also loved the deck on the back, you are almost to the top of the trees. It was beautiful, and peaceful.

This is up a very steep road but we loved the privacy of it. The check in was easy and owner response time was very fast.

Cozy and Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at this property in June, 2024. It was great to get away from the activity in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to go rest up and then be close enough to be back for fun with the family. This is a very clean and inviting place to stay for vacation. Thanks for everything!!

Mountain getaway

It was a great layout for us and our adult children. It allowed for privacy and spaces for us to have group activities. Internet was great and we had so much to do together! Would come back again!

Overall nice place; however, aged and not updated. The basement was very difficult to get warm despite having three bedrooms. Dishwasher did not dispense soap, several light bulbs not working. Appliances overall aged and not all working properly.
