Olive Hill House was created to feel different from a typical large cabin. It is warm, personal, and designed around the moments that make group trips memorable: kids splashing in the pool, cousins playing games, grandparents watching karaoke, parents relaxing on the deck, and everyone coming together at night for music, food, movies, and conversation.

The home has a polished musical personality without feeling overdone. Each bedroom carries a music-icon theme, and the entertainment spaces are built for shared memories across generations.

★★ LIVING, KITCHEN & DINING ★★

The cabin has two comfortable levels, generous shared spaces, private bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining areas, and plenty of room for guests to spread out while still feeling connected. Large groups can enjoy the home in different ways at the same time: swimming, cooking, karaoke, movies, hot tub time, arcade games, or gathering outside by the fire pit.

The kitchen is set up for real group stays — quick breakfasts before Dollywood, family dinners after a Smoky Mountain day, and late-night snacks after movies or karaoke. Guests will find cookware, knives, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, mixing and serving bowls, plates, silverware, glassware, wine glasses, tumblers, a spice rack, olive oil/vinegar, toaster, blender, Ninja appliances, and other helpful kitchen basics.

We provide coffee for your first morning, plus starter household supplies. Guests should plan to bring groceries, drinks, additional coffee, specialty ingredients, extra supplies, and any preferred personal items or toiletries.

The pool house is one of Olive Hill House’s signature spaces. It is private, indoors, and designed for year-round enjoyment. The 360° Smoky Mountain mural wraps the room in a mountain-view experience, creating a fun, photo-worthy pool setting that feels connected to the natural beauty outside.

No lifeguard is on duty. Children and weak swimmers must be actively supervised at all times, and all posted pool rules must be followed.

The theater room is more than a movie room. It is a music-and-movie gathering space where guests can sing karaoke on the theater screen, play family-friendly Nintendo Switch games on the big screen, or settle in for a movie night after a day in the Smokies.
The musical theme carries throughout the home with music-icon bedrooms, karaoke, records, and entertainment spaces made for connection. It is comfortable and elevated, but still playful enough for kids, teens, parents, and grandparents to enjoy together.

★★ GAME ROOM, HOT TUB, SAUNA & OUTDOOR LIVING ★★

The game room gives your group another place to spread out and have fun. With arcade entertainment, Xbox, and classic group games, it is perfect for rainy days, late nights, friendly competition, or letting different age groups enjoy their own space. The Wild Den and Camp Olive bunk rooms add even more personality for younger guests and families traveling with kids.

After a full day of exploring, slow down with a soak in the hot tub or a sauna session. Grill dinner on the BBQ, relax on the decks and patio, gather around the gas fire pit, or unwind under the Smoky Mountain sky. Guests use the hot tub, sauna, BBQ, fire pit, and all amenities at their own risk and must follow all posted safety instructions.

With 8 music-inspired bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, Olive Hill House is built for group comfort. Private bedrooms give guests room to retreat, while the pool, theater, game room, kitchen, dining areas, and outdoor spaces bring everyone together.

★★ GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING ★★

House rules: Registered guests only. No parties, events, weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, retreats, ticketed or open-invite gatherings, DJs, performers, commercial filming, or unapproved vendors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep music, karaoke, theater audio, patio TV, pool/hot tub noise, and outdoor conversation neighbor-friendly at all times.

Children & safety: Olive Hill House has stairs, decks, pool/hot tub amenities, a sauna, fire features, games, darts, weights, bunk beds, and wildlife nearby. Children and minors must be actively supervised at all times, especially around the pool, hot tub, sauna, decks, stairs, fire pit, BBQ, darts, weights, popcorn machine, game equipment, and electronics. No lifeguard is on duty.

Pets: Up to 2 approved pets only, 25 lbs or under, $100 per pet. Pets must be approved in writing and added to the reservation before arrival. Guests are responsible for pet waste, hair, odor, stains, damage, noise, or unusual cleaning. Pets may not enter the pool, hot tub, sauna, or food-preparation areas.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. Outdoor smoking is permitted only if done responsibly and away from doors, windows, vents, furniture, connected decks/patios, propane equipment, and fire features. Do not leave cigarette butts, ash, matches, cartridges, or smoking debris anywhere on the property.

Cleaning/damage: A $500 additional cleaning charge may apply if there is smell or evidence of smoking, pet waste, pet urine or odor, excessive pet hair, cigarette butts, or other evidence that pet or smoking rules were not followed. Extra charges may also apply for excessive mess, stains, damage, missing items, broken glass, amenity misuse, or unusual cleaning. Serious violations may result in removal without refund, to the extent permitted by Airbnb, the rental agreement, and applicable law.

Rental agreement: Guests may be required to review and sign our rental agreement after booking. Guests must also follow Airbnb rules, posted signs, community rules, the Olive Hill House Guest Guide, and all safety instructions. When rules overlap, the stricter or more safety-protective rule applies.

No EV charging: EV charging is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please do not use house outlets, exterior outlets, extension cords, adapters, or cords run through doors, windows, decks, walkways, or parking areas.

Trash & wildlife: Bears and wildlife may be nearby. Never feed or approach wildlife. Keep food, candy, coolers, pet food, trash, and scented items secured. Bag trash and place it only in the designated bear-resistant containers, closing and latching them every time.
Darts: The metal darts are adult-only and kept locked for safety. Instructions and access details are shared with confirmed guests before arrival. Children and minors may not handle or use the metal darts.

Guests have private access to the main cabin, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, theater room, game room/arcade, private pool house, hot tub, sauna, outdoor patio, decks, BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and paved parking area.

For safety and maintenance, locked owner closets/cabinets, utility rooms, mechanical rooms, pool/hot tub/sauna equipment areas, sprinkler/electrical areas, chemical storage, and maintenance supplies are not for guest use.

We give guests privacy to enjoy Olive Hill House, but we’re available through Airbnb messages for questions, access issues, maintenance concerns, or anything that needs attention. ★★ LOCATION & ARRIVAL ★★

Olive Hill House is located in Amazing Grace Resort, a peaceful Smoky Mountains cabin community in Sevierville. The setting feels tucked into the mountains while still being convenient to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, restaurants, groceries, and Great Smoky Mountains adventures. Expect winding mountain roads, wooded surroundings, and a quiet family-retreat atmosphere.

A car is required. Use GPS to 127 Timothy Way. If Timothy Way does not appear, use 4119 Boogertown Road to reach the subdivision, then continue to Timothy Way. Roads can be dark, narrow, and winding, so we recommend arriving before dark when possible. Parking is in the paved driveway/parking area only.
