Main Level

Please note: As is common in mountain communities, the roads leading up to the home are steep. Wildlife, including bears, are native to the area — please avoid leaving food or trash outdoors. No pets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home throughout their stay, including all indoor living spaces, outdoor decks, hot tub, fire pit area, and driveway for parking. The property is exclusively yours to enjoy. There are no shared spaces on site.



You will be provided with a unique access code prior to check-in, allowing for a smooth and convenient self check-in experience so you can arrive on your own schedule without needing to coordinate key handoffs.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this home is located in a mountainous area, and the roads leading up to the property may be steep and winding in certain sections. We recommend guests exercise caution when driving, particularly at night or during inclement weather. In the winter months, four-wheel drive may be helpful in the event of snow or ice.



The hot tub is professionally serviced between each guest stay to ensure it is clean and ready for your arrival. For your safety, please follow all posted hot tub guidelines during use.



As with many homes nestled in nature, you may encounter local wildlife during your stay. We recommend keeping doors closed and not leaving food outside to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.



We strongly encourage guests to obtain travel insurance prior to their stay in order to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may impact their trip, including cancellations, weather events, illness, or travel delays. Travel insurance can provide additional peace of mind in the event that your plans change unexpectedly.



All guests must complete a short pre-arrival check-in form before check-in details are provided. This is required for every reservation with no exceptions. The form verifies guest identity, confirms contact details, and includes agreement to the house rules.
