🏕️ THE CABIN
Beautiful new cabin in a quiet location in the heart of the Smokies with lots of family-friendly amenities! The entrance to the cabin is an open living area with an electric fireplace, large Smart TV, high-end kitchen appliances, and lots of comfortable seating. The living room and kitchen are connected in the open floor plan. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with an attached full bathroom! A separate game room awaits downstairs that includes a 75-inch TV, a pool table, a 4-player arcade system, a whiskey barrel arcade (65 games), a PlayStation 4 Race Car Simulator, and a PlayStation 5.. The lower level provides access to the back deck with a brand new hot tub and outdoor seating overlooking the private back yard. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

Fully equipped modern kitchen located on the main level. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. There is a beautiful wood dining table located just off the kitchen with seating for 8.

Free parking for up to 5 cars. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated. The parking area is flat and gravel.
4WD recommended during inclement weather in winter months.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
