Sleeping arrangements:

There’s ample private space throughout the two king-size bedrooms, one king bedroom one the second floor and another on the third floor, each equipped with ensuite bathrooms. Be warned that it may be hard to get the kids to leave the cabin behind when they’re settled into their room (equipped with en suite bathroom), packed with video and board games Your younger guests will feel like they’re in their own luxurious mountain treehouse.

Security:
For your safety, there is a video camera OUTSIDE the property, facing the driveway, that is recording at all times.

We like to leave our guests in peace but if you need anything, you can rely on us to answer any questions or help you get settled in - we’re available from 9 am to 8 pm EST daily via the booking platform.

House Rules

Check-in/ Check-Out:
Check in is 4pm.
Check out is 10am.

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

ID/Rental agreement/Security deposit hold: After booking, we require ID, signed rental agreement and a security deposit hold (not a charge). It's very easy, I promise!

We provide a set amount of dish detergent, dishwasher and laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Depending upon your length of stay, you may require extra items.

We require a $500 off-platform security hold but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. We use a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely take off-platform bookings and security deposits.

Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum of $500 fee for smoke remediation will be enforced.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per night per guest.

Party Policy: No parties or events.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed because of severe allergies. We charge a minimum of $250 for pet damages.

Pool Policy: Pool room is locked with a code required to enter. NO DIVING. Pool is approximately 3 feet deep. Pool temperature is set to 83 degrees. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision.

BBQ: Please clean off grill after use.

Cabin arrival: All roads are paved but under rare icy conditions, All Wheel Drive may be necessary to navigate the roads.

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is highly suggested due to unforeseen events that may alter your travel plans. We do not reimburse for weather/natural disasters/power outages or any other things beyond our control.

Wi-Fi: Our home is secluded in the mountains, which can bring occasional Wi-Fi interference. We do have Starlink Wi-Fi which provides great internet speeds for streaming.

Off Limit Areas: Owners' closet in theater room. Pool mechanicals in pool room.

Pest Control: Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a regular basis. We hope that you’ll appreciate the fact that being in the heart of the National Park does create certain challenges in the area. It is best to always close the doors behind you.
