🚩 POOL SEASON: The pool is open from April 15 to October 15 and is heated to a comfortable 85°F. Please note, the heater can raise the temperature 20-25 degrees above the ambient air temperature, so on very cold days, the pool may not reach the set temperature.
🚩 For the comfort and safety of all guests, future guests, and owner, we do not allow pets on the premises due to potential allergens and odors. Violation of this policy incurs a $500 penalty and immediate reservation termination with no refund.
🚩 For the comfort and safety of all guests, future guests, and owner, no smoking or vaping is allowed inside. You will be charged up to $2000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the cabin.
🚩 Must be 23 to rent this property.
🚩 Note: Cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee based on the total amount.
🚩 We are unable to provide refunds due to snow, ice, inclement weather, and acts of God. Please buy travel insurance to protect yourself from anything that is not covered under the platform cancellation policy (weather, power outages, sickness, etc.).
🚩A signed rental agreement is required after booking. We’ll send it over shortly after your reservation is confirmed.

Best views in the smokies. This was our third trip to the area and the house was by far the most private and had stunning views in every direction. Pool was huge, clean, heated. House was clean and fully stocked. Definitely worth the money! The drive up the mountain was easy, which was a big plus for us as some of the homes in the general area have fairly treacherous drives up.

We just stayed for a week and it was amazing. Both kitchen areas were fully stocked with all the large and small appliances you can think of. Bathrooms have plenty of towels and beautifully decorated. Beds were clean and comfortable.The pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed both. Property managers were very quick to respond with any questions we had. And the views are absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this property! The house is unbelievable. Two kitchens and two living rooms. A beautiful backyard with a huge pool. The communication with the host was top-notch. Always heard back from him within minutes! Couldn’t say more positive things about this property and host. Would 100% stay here again. The views are unmatched.

I just stayed at this property for 11 days and it was perfect! The posted pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are good size. The master bedroom was great. It’s well appointed for kitchen needs. Note for motorcycle people: I trailered my bike from Wisconsin and the area outside the garage is nice and flat. Easily accommodate multiple vehicles and trailers. Back to the house. Down stairs is where we spent most of our time. The second kitchen was awesome! Large bar area, dining area and 3-couch lounge are with a nice sized TV. All this down stairs! That lead out to the pool / patio / deck area. Pool was great! Do clean it as the management suggests. Nice lounge chairs, a large dining table and they even provided pool towels! This place is remote enough to be quiet and peaceful for this city person to enjoy the silence. But still only 30 minutes from town. I’ve been going to the Smokies to vacation for the last 8 years. This has been the best property I’ve ever stayed at. You won’t be disappointed here.

We had a wonderful week! The view is just amazing. We loved the large outdoor pool and all of the space. Much more than we needed for just the 5 of us but it was nice to be able to spread out. The host was awesome. Any question I had there was a response in minutes.Would stay again!

The minute we walked in we knew this was the right place to stay! The view is spectacular! The cabin immaculate and well furnished with everything we could imagine we needed. Everyone enjoyed the pool. It was perfect for all the grandkids. It was great having adults upstairs after the kids went to bed. Everyone wants to come back! The host was easy to work with. We had absolutely no issues with anything. Loved this place! Best cabin ever!

Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t stay here again

Wasn’t provided with check in information and had to reach out to get it. Not a huge deal. First evening, a landscape crew showed up with no notice, cutting grass and it going everywhere. Our windows were down in our trucks because we weren’t expecting anyone. A notice would be great. Areas of cleanliness were lacking. From finding black pubes, someone’s fake eyelash, dirt, grime, spiders, etc. Under the beds were not clean. The hot tub smelled like sewage. Couldn’t get in the hot tub a whole day almost because of this. Pool guy tested, and chemicals were off. Pool lights inside the pool didn’t work. If you want to watch tv, you must login to you subscriptions, if you have there. Communication with property manager was prompt until I reached out after vacation with my recommendations for improvement, and got no response. The best thing was the view. The view is better than the pictures. Pool was great. Firepit was nice. House is provided with everything you need.. Cleaning supplies as well. Based on my family’s overall experience, we would not recommend and won’t visit again.

Spectacular views

This house exceeded my expectations. The views from this house were incredible. The house was very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, easy to operate lighting, beds were comfortable, host answered any questions in a timely matter. We are looking forward to staying again when the pool is open.

Amazing Views

We stayed at this property five years prior. The house has changed owners since and several upgrades have been made. The house and property are amazing and do not disappoint. Anything you need between the two kitchens they have. The pool was nice and heated and the kids enjoyed it. The firepit was so nice and the boys enjoyed sitting outside listening to music and making s’mores. The property is close to everything just a short drive to anything you want to do. I love how the property is secluded so you don’t hear or see anyone and it has the best views out of anywhere we have stayed.

Mountain Getaway

The house was the perfect size for 12 friends to get away for a long weekend. The pool and horn were amazing. Comfortable sized rooms and beds. The host was easy to work with and answered questions in a timely manner! Work recommend this place and would stay again! Also can’t forget about the view, pictures don’t do it justice!

50th Anniversary celebration.

The house and our stay was perfect! Everything was 100% true to the listing…phenomenal views and accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed the upper deck in the morning sun, spent the day playing by in the pool and mostly used the downstairs kitchen and living room area for our meals. It was more than enough room for our group of 6 adults and 7 children. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for our outings. And the hosts were in constant communication and offered many suggestions in the area as well. Looking forward to coming back again!

Perfect Vacation!

My Fiancé and I stayed at this cabin four 4 days/3 nights and easily can say it’s been our favorite vacation spot! Brian and Karen (hosts) are SO incredibly fast at responding and have everything very accessible. The home itself is the most relaxing, beautiful and peaceful space. We felt right at home with the sleeping sound machines, extra fans, sooo many soft blankets etc. This cabin has been thought out well to fit your every need while you’re there. Not to mention, the pool and hot tub make your vacation the most special, as we hardly left our cabin :) I would give 10 stars if I could!!! We cannot wait to come back in the future 😊

Family vacation

Great stay, views are better than what are in the pictures. House well maintained and clean. Location is far enough away from traffic and tourist areas to feel isolated but close enough to drive to anything you need within 30 minutes. The host are responsive and helpful.

Wonderful house and great time!!!

This house was fantastic! Plenty of room for our big family (including teenagers) and all of the items you could need! The little extra things that were so helpful included wine opener, meat thermometer and towels specifically for the pool! Tons of lounge chairs around the pool and the most amazing views of the mountains!!! When we arrived the pool was dirty but I contacted the property manager and he immediately had a pool company over to clean the pool! There had been storms in the area, so there was just more debris than usual. I even accidentally left some clothes when I was packing up and the property manager arranged to have them mailed back to me the very next day! Best service ever!!! Overall this property is a 10/10 all around!!!!
